Took my first dose about an hr ago. Dosed 1 cap along side 2 caps Norco, and 1 tab bronkaid. Definitely an increase in body temp

Got mine too. I'll have to think of the best ronin when I'm already doing

Ergonine, Old Amino IV, Alphamine/Norc (depending on convenience), ABE, Erase Pro, High Volume, and a few other staple aids.

Lots of overlap: HICA, forskolin, Hydramax, SA-2, Amentomax, Olive Leaf, etc
 
I'm planning on keeping it simple. Just the shift, norco, and a little extra forskolin... maybe a cap of alpha-t2 with the second norco of the day.

Can this product be stacked with my current cutting stack omega labs shred xt and hyper t2?

Seeing some mouse data on Hydroxytyrosol as effective anti-inflammatory on acute Ulcerative Colitis. Will be interesting to see if this stuff provides any benefit to me.
 
got my package yesterday and started my Shift run this morning, took two caps upon waking at 4:30am with 25mg of ephedrine. Workout was great. I definitely feel warmer sitting in the office today, I can tell the Shift is working. I ate a massive meal post workout, but I will report on hunger later in the day

Need some info on the Olive Extract: There is Oleuropein and it's metabolite Hydroxytyrosol, correct? Is this a standardized extract? And if so, what is it extracted to? Is it something like 20% Oleuropein or 25% Hydroxytyrosol like Olea25 TM? Or is all 200mg the extract (not sure how label laws apply)?

-The olive leaf extract is my favorite part of the formula. We changed things up with this one. In the past, we extracted for oleuropein, and rightfully so, it works. But after looking at new human data, it looks like hydroxytyrosol may be even more bioactive in humans. So we extracted for BOTH compounds, dosed it at 200mg, and used extract %s far and away higher than commercial products. Since I know this will come up, we don't list the extract % for the simple reason that when 2 or more compounds are extracted, things get dicey. One may be a bit above and one may be a bit below...except if you put ANY number on the label, you're held to it. hmmm maybe. what you think of there Tongkat Ali tempted to grab some for fun says its 100:1 though don't know if it would be good either though

also thinking of grabbing these for run with shift mabye

got 50gm BERBERINE hcl 97% for 41$ not bad jeff
and
50gm TTA (Tetradecylthioacetic Acid) for 36$

Dunno bout the Tongkat, when ever i see 100:1 or marketed by ratio i just think its probably shi+.

Sns TTA way cheaper than that man.

true, but with shipping idk might be even. would rather do sns as well lol

saw some Terminalia arjuna on ebay just now to been interested about it for a while. from the examine page on it, sounds like it would be good for performance and power output alongside fat loss and increase your VO2 max and oxygen carrying capacity.

its 400mg, but i might add 100mg onto the doses since you can buy more anyway, and run 500mg 3 times per day like the study

i saw coop list it on a bb.com poll not long ago. i think it would make a good Analyzed product maybe. since this ebay one might not be a very good extract to get,

i also noticed it contains (-)-epicatechin :D

To explain for those wondering.

I can take a kilogram of raw material, split it into 100 10g portions with my favorite tablespoon.

I can then sell 100 bottles of 10g of 100:1 extract, because each bottle is 1/100th of the original material, as extracted by my super sophisticated tablespoon extraction technique.

Question for those who have started their Shift. Is anyone else needing to use the bathroom every 10 minutes? I've been peeing all morning!
 
So sad I missed this insider deal. I just ran out of Forskolin from the E9 BOGO yesterday and i'm still cutting. Unfortunately finances are too tight at the moment. I'm still broke from the last PES insider. lol

I always do anyways so that''s not a change for me ha.

I do seem to be sweating buckets again which had died down after I stopped norco a month+ ago

I am in the UK, pred* nutri* (we are not allowed to post company names which are not advertised on anabolic minds :) ) anyway they don't know yet.... I bought myself 6 bottles from USA with the PES insider :D they will be here hopefully tomorrow ;)

regarding the stack question, Ill stack it with erase pro/anabeta elite (old) that's it, I wanna run it in solo to understand the beast, no other fat burners :) just it!
