Hey Dma or yates could you give me rundown on new epic I'm looking at something to help cardio while high tren was going gw but I got tren happy and used up my gw funds on more tren.

BTW can I just say my new protocol of high tren and low test is faking insane visually

What do you want to know brother? Obviously I'm not dosing as much Tren as you, but Im certain the Ep1c is keeping my cardio endurance intact. I ran this Ep1c Unleashed during the Alpha testing before I was on this cycle and that's why I knew I wanted to run it on cycle as well. No AAS makes me sweat like Ep1c dude. And even on cycle, at this point I would feel like I was missing something if I stopped taking it. I highly recommend it. Most people have used this and other epic products in pct, but I see so much benefit to use it on cycle. Epi helps lower BP, improves lipid values, and the endurance boost. Just makes sense.

Nutraplanet still has the intro price of $42 going on.

I think someone with your cycle experience, it would be cool to hear your feedback as well.

I don't really know anything about it so dosages? Is it a muscle builder or what is main purpose? Is it wet dry got old man joints lol. Coming from olympus I expect the amount provided and the quality of the raw to be top notch as usual. mainly I'd like something to help endurance and cardio that won't hurt joints also I don't use pre workouts so any non stimulus energy boost would be a plus

Well the idea behind Epi is that it is a Myoststin inhibitor, which in turn builds muscle. It is neither wet or dry in that sense. Most people dose 2 caps pwo and 1 cap on off days. For me it is more of a strength and endurance enhancement, which in turn will promote muscle growth. But it's pretty keen for any goal or diet. I have never personally used it in a cal surplus, but some of our loggers did and made noticeable gains.
 
I haven't run epic itself but a did run another epicat product and the biggest thing I noticed was the endurance. Definitely no issue with joints or anything but I felt like I could stay in the gym for days. Recovery between sets was crazy fast.

IMO this would be a really fun addition to Tren as its different in every way and has some real benefits to combat the tren endurance issues
 
So sleep was definitely affected by the upped Tren dosage. But man, so was the workout this morning. Sleep like crap, feel like champ.

13 minutes moderate pace incline walk

Just drenched in sweat. As I was doing my reverse pec deck super set, someone walked up to it as if to nab it, saw the sweat running down the pad and made a face like EEEwww. I walked up and told them I'd clean it when I was done LOL.
Had to put my towel between me and my shirt when driving to work because it was so wet.
Wife is doing a cleanse/clean eating diet and it has helped me tighten up mine considerably. Hitting 3000 cals on the money the last few days, but had to get up and have a scoop of protein with some oats in it while waiting to fall asleep last night. So I went a little over. Weight holding steady at 207-208, yet changing.
 
So is the sleep just trouble falling asleep or staying asleep? I know you already have sleep problems but are you able to tell how much worse it is making it and does it seem to make you more tired or hard to wake up in the mornings? Sorry for so many questions lol I already can't sleep well but am really interested in Tren.

No problem man. Had more trouble falling asleep last night, which is usually not the case. It's usually a staying asleep problem. Finally drifted off and felt like I was barely asleep tossing, turning, sweating, heart beating. Slept good from probably the 1:00-4:00 window and woke up refreshed and ready to go.

The excitement of the gym and the euphoria in there is enough to make me excited in the morning regardless of sleep quality. Not going to lie, there is an addictive aspect to what I'm feeling right now. The heightened senses during training are as good as any drug I've ever taken.

So I will hit a little bigger dose of the meds tonight to insure a better night sleep. I am loving the Tren, but combating sides with medication shows that it's not a healthy compound. And as I am concerned with health, there is a little internal battle going on about it.

I can see why that would be a bad thing, but as long as you don't have to go overboard I think it should be okay. I should have started some Tren a couple weeks ago, it'd give me an excuse to actually stay up and study for my finals. Lol

It was just part of my second cycle and I didn't have as clear a grip on how to support myself as far as sides are concerned. I had all of the sides and also didn't get the results I wanted. Just didn't have a grasp on the things I do now. So my experience sucked.

Oh I see, how high did you run the oral? I'm hoping that since I didn't get any insomnia or night sweats on the oral I won't if I try the real thing, but who knows. I didn't notice much of a strength increase on Tren and I was using Msten, although I was using mostly high reps.

Ran it at 60 and 90. With Epistane at 45 and 60.
 
Strength went through the roof at the 4th-5th week of that cycle. Just didn't get the body comp changes I was looking for because at that time I didn't have diet figured out. Would love to do it over now!!
 
Well got my first taste of Tren Cough this morning. Which was miserable to try and keep down when you have a sleeping, silent house at 4:00 in the morning. Think I nicked a vein in my glute, felt a rush, a metallic taste immediately and then my chest tightened up and I got really hot. So all I could do is let out muffled little coughs and try and calm down. Took about 5 minutes to loosen up and relax and then it was gone. This Tren boy is some serious shiit. But once it was gone, it was go-time. Today I couldn't even get in my truck with my shirt. Completely saturated front and back. Had to take it off in the parking lot and walk into work topless to the bathroom to change. I don't know where this much sweat can possibly come from.

The oral tren conversion isn't that high and it's been theorized that there is some other secondary conversions that happen contributing to night sweats. For alot of people on ace the sides go away after a couple weeks and body assimilate so start low nothing more than 50mg eod for say the 1st week
 
The seating on tren is unreal... I was drinking a gallon of water (literally sat down with a jug with some protein mixed in) right before bed to make sure I stayed hydrated. Nothing will f up a good workout like cramping and dehydration fatigue.

My solution - a gal through the work day, as much as you can stomach intra, double the water in any pre or post or shake, as much as you can stomach before bed. I was at like 2.5-3 gal/day
 
I don't know if anyone saw the article here on AM today about the 4 week routine with contrasting movements. Well I think I'm going to give it a shot after this time through my current set-up. It still mixes in Power and Hypertrophy and I like the mixes of exercises in the laid out routines. I typically HATE routines that are laid out already. I will still tweet a few of these movements to my liking, and sadly there are no deadlifts (how the hell did they not add dead??), so I will find a place for them.
 
When will you have new pictures up again? I'm interested in seeing the body composition changes from this cycle.

I think I'm going to buy a bottle of Ep1c Unleashed and run it with my EC and Eviscerate I'm about to order. I want to hurry and get to where I want to be, I think I'm going to run a lean bulk cycle once I can get low enough bodyfat. I'm getting pretty jealous of all of these awesome cycles you guys are running.
 
Imo they are not good for higher percentages. In prep I don't use them till I'm below 13%

This. 10-12 max. Honestly they really only make a diff if you're already pretty lean as a lot of their effect is just diuretic

Regardless of workout time take 2 caps pre. If you get the TD version, 1 pump am, 1 pump pm.

As for pics, I'm going to wait until the end of the Tren, which is 3.5 more weeks. Last ones I took were at the end of DMZ, will do after Tren, and then end of cycle.

Gave up and left. Only came into work to knock out a few priorities and then I'm leaving. Go kick back at the house with the wife and kid and try and catch a nap.

It is definitely powerful. Don't want to lose the great feeling I've been having. So for me, less is more.

Also going to try the new routine starting tomorrow. There are so many exercises it will be a lot of typing to log them how I'm currently doing it, so I'm going to more or less summarize with heaviest, or most relevant weight lifted.
 
I think it's also because we are bald you know how they can do drug tests on hair folicles I think tren may secrete out throu gh the scalp more
I can tell you for sure that the smell is more noticeable with someone being bald. It isn't that it is secreting more, so much as the fact there is nothing there to absorb our secretions. Typically the oils from the scalp slowly soak into the hair and are actually what keeps it healthy and shiny. However with nothing there to absorb it we just have a nasty build up of foul smelling oil on our heads. I wipe my head down probably at least twice a day at work and 3-4 times per day during the warmer months. Also with the metabolic changes of being on the hormones that scent is just that much stronger.

I have 2 pillows I swap out throughout the week. I sleep with my head on one for a couple days and then the other. If you have never smelled your pillow case after a few days of your oily head resting in it at night then I recommend you avoid doing so. LOL Plus during the summer I have to or the oil from the pillow makes me start breaking out.


Also does anyone know what body fat percentages Eviscerate and Abliterate Advance are best for?
You will want to be leaner for that. If you want to control cortisol go with something systemic like the AI in Eliminate, or even better use SuperPCT which will give you a little performance boost. However at higher body fats, it really comes down to proper nutrition and some decent training. Proper nutrition being the more important out of the 2.

Have you looked at your evening meals? Tren is known for making people go hypoglycemic, and a lot of the night sweats people go through are actually bouts of hypoglycemia that the person was sleeping through. I know you don't really go too carb heavy but if having carbs the last 2 hours before bedtime try having some fats with them to slow digestion a little bit so you don't get an insulin spike and go hypo in your sleep.

I've been having moderate carbs at dinner. Still want to promote some growth, so daily totals are landing around 275-290 Pro, 225-250 Carb, 80-100 Fat.

Dinner last night was angel hair pasta with meat sauce. 4 oz of pasta with 8 oz of 88/12 ground beef. Pretty balanced.

I think it had something more to do with yesterday's injection. Pretty sure I got a little in the blood stream and it just played out in a crappy scenario all day and night and into this morning.

Nice run, and rascal14, anyone can be confident in their guessing skills and still not be correct. Has a lot to do with where you store bodyfat. I store more in my abs and lower back, when I am nice and lean I tend to measure out about 2-3% lower than people expects just looking at my trunk. My legs and arms tend to be very lean and it skews peoples perceptions. Some people look very lean in the abs and hold fat in their back and extremities, someone might think they have lower body fat just looking at their trunk.

So for you and what you are asking for, I would simply say this. If you are looking in the mirror and are genuinely like I am almost "there." That is when you start looking at things like Abliderate. Until then just diet and cardio, do things to increase your hormone levels either naturally or PH or whatever your plan is and keep eating correctly / start eating correctly if not already.

For example if your goal is abs, if you can see a center line down your abdominal wall, and lines on the side where your abs meet your obliques then you are more than likely lean enough to start messing with that stuff. Otherwise I don't really think you will be happy with the results. It is one of those deals where you need to be in a place that the extra 2 lbs of fat loss makes a big difference. It isn't going to make a big difference if you are 15% or above, and you would feel you wasted the money even though you still got the extra 2 lbs of fat loss out of it. Make sense?

I don't really know. I have bought things here and there. Caber from here, Aromasin from there, Adex and Clomid from another place. Test from 3 different places. Mast and Tren both from 2 different places. And have acquired enough stuff for an entire other cycle. So I don't know.

Before you say you can't and have tried I guarantee if you eat ENOUGH, you will start gaining. Naturally thin people have to eat like it is a job. They have to until they want to puke, then pat belly burp a few times and keep eating. If you have that super fast metabolism you will need to do the same thing. Guys who eat 4-5000 a day and stay thin have to eat 6000-7000 sometimes to really see the gains.

That weight is way old lol I need to update it. I was at 218 pounds at the peak of my last cycle and probably fell down to 212 by the end of PCT. I'm at about 194 now. I think I lost some size but I'm also on low carbs so I drop down to about 192 sometimes.

Dma, I feel you bro.. If I've learned one thing, cycling always cost more because you always end up shopping more and wanting more lol

Probably about 15% now Dma thinks about the same. I did one cycle Stano and Epistane and another Stano, Msten, and Tren. I want to get down to 8-10% and then do a lean bulk cycle trying to not add any fat, so I can get back to around 200-210 at no more than 12% bodyfat.
 
Abs are cool and all but my main goal is to get rid of the love handles and lower stomach fat. Which I think is going to be the last thing to go. Lol

I have some Ep1c Unleashed on the way, I'm hoping this will help me some. I'm at about 2100 calories with zero cardio because I'm lazy, that's why my calories are so low.
