yea i will be sticking to the US version got some on the way and one OG Tub since i loved the last one so much, i don't really enjoy NMT i love the flavoring though its incredible nailed the pine orange one so well. but i respond very well to yohimbine personally i really don't know why DMBA is cool here that has little to no safety studies is cool, but yohimbine is a no go lol.
 
PES reps, with the max caffeine recommendation: is that daily, or in combination with shift (i.e. Durational)

For instance: if I wanted to take alphamine in the am with shift and additional f95... Would I be okay to take additional alphamine later in the day >4 hours later? Just curious

Should be fine with that; just make sure to follow the directions for shift and assess your own tolerance

How do you rate alphamine advanced? I didn't end up pulling trigger on it, got another US version instead ;)

honestly it's quite a soild replacement, energy is on par with the US and mood/focus is awesome. sweat allot on it to, body temp is quite high during the day to. I however like you also do not enjoy the after training NMT feels. and for sure favor yohimbine any day. so i would say it's a good alternative to have on hand and maybe could run 4 weeks with US one /all yohimbine, then cycle off try running advanced for 4 weeks with some Boldine action.

interdast, can't wait to stack shift with Alphamine while fasting in morning, although this increased appetite suppression doesn't solve my night time hunger conundrum. May try testing doses in the evening.

i know those feels. the first time when those night time yolo's hit me i didn't know what was happening lol it wasn't even on purpose either, happened around week 16 of my last cut.
 
Been busy all day. Finally read the right up...at this price it is worth it just for forskolin-95...at retail I feel it would be worth it's price for that and the rhodiola and olive leaf let alone the other ingredients!

The interplay of the ingredients seems quite unique and I think many will enjoy it once we they get some time with it. :)

Im already conjuring up plans to ultilise this with Epitome to see if it mitigates my appetite increases.

THIS! I'm gonna start it up right away and will be thru one bottle of epitome by the time it arrives. The cravings for the lean guys are ridiculous! Lol

Holding out as long as I can before adding in EC.

My bottle is almost gone and the appetite is annoying (now I know what some people must feel like on AnaBeta haha).

I'm bulking so it isn't a big deal, but I have had days eating quite a bit more than planned...

So whats the verdict... is it stim free or stim..? Isn't Synerpherine a stimulant...?

I was hoping it was going to be stim free to make it more stackable :)
 
Sorry, not totally stim free

But not too many products would have overlap in that there is no caffeine or yohimbe (most commonly used)

To me this will feel stim free lol

It is caffeine and yohimbe free, not stim free.

It still will be able to stack well with multiple products (excluding products containing synerpherine).

It was funny- it made me super hungry then when I tried to eat it was painful (but still did)

Now, im just as hungry around the clock but I cannot seem to get full.

I'm going to stop using it I think.. Just not doing a whole bunch for me aside from making my forearms very vascular lmao

I have like a third of a bottle and a whole sealed one... I'll save it for the fall when I lean bulk.

This. I've stopped keeping extra food in the house bc of it. I've been bringing home just enough every night.. Then when I run out, I end up making massive protein shakes with select... And then going out to get more food or eating extra quest bars to fill the black hole.

Speaking of which, I need more select now :(

Hop on AnaBeta Elite + CistaMax + Epitome in your lean state lol try and not bust your macros then haha cista made me pretty hungry on its own. im glad i didn't pick up epitome, im waiting on myo elite or basic

LOL I will be testing out ABE in the not to distant future. Brought two new version bottles a while ago and got sent the old version which were expired so i tossed them. Got one bottle replacement from the good guys at PES, when i buy a second bottle i will do an 8 week run.

PS i rated the endurance benefits of cista. It didn't impact my appetite at all.

i really miss it, i look at some progress pics i took on it can see a really big difference in fullness, compared to now. it increased glycogen a ton from it's gda effects im guessing, which was why endurance was really good. new ABE i can't use cutting the hunger i get usually 2 weeks in is to hard to deal with in a deficit, but been on for 4 months now in my surplus great because your always hungry enough to eat big ass meals and on 3500-3800 cals its perfect to help get you the most out of just one product if budget is tight and your just looking to make gradual gains and improvments.

*edit when you get the other bottle i would remeber athletix has it with ergonine, and shipping is awesome on it there now next time i run out that's where i will grab some
