What's up guys/gals ? It looks like there is some different faces following some of the BLR logs so I'll give a little background about myself. I'm currently 39yrs old, 5'8" and sitting at 202lbs as of this morning. I competed in BBing 5 years ago at a whopping 143lbs in Bantom weight. I've said since then I would step on stage again, and still haven't. Last year I had gall bladder surgery and then didn't start prep soon enough. This year I had planned on competeing and ended up being diagnosed with carpel tunnel in both hands. So now I am shooting for Nov. 7 which is 29 weeks from now. Gives me a good 13 more weeks to bulk, then 16 to cut. Right now I am sitting a lot leaner at 200 then I was previously. So as long as I keep my diet/bulk in check I should come in good in Nov.
Now to the fun stuff. I am following a modified 5x5 routine and have been for just over 3 weeks. I'll probably give it a few more weeks then switch up again, I normally go 6-8 weeks then switch it up, but my shoulders have been giving me fits from going so heavy.
As for my diet, I am following the norm, chicken, red meat, eggs etc, etc. I do have days like today where I just kind of eat whatever. I worked a weird shift today, 10a to 6p and didn't get any food to take with me, so it was a free day haha. I don't litterally track my food daily but I know what I need to eat each meal to hit my macros, ex. 6 eggs, 1/2 cup egg white, 1/2 avocado for breakfast.
As for supplements I don't use many OTC supps, including very little preworkouts anymore. I will either take a caffiene tab, or 3-4 scoops of amino energy which has caffiene in it. I use protein powder, but it is normally for a few extra cals in the morning or just a fill in if needed during the day.
As for hormones this is what I am currently on for my bulk;
Test E 600/week
Deca 300/week
Dbol 40mg/day started yestarday
Adrol 50mg/day finishing in a week
Test suspension 50mg preworkout only
So a pretty 'wet' cycle if that's what you want to call it. I will start the new Oral Ai next week. From the sounds of it, it should help keep my estrogen in check and really dry me out. If it does, it will be a huge plus. I am trying to keep my carbs below 250g/day to keep some bloat down, and wouldn't mind upping them some
Follow along, comment, advise, do as you will. I plan on keeping things serious to give a true review for BLR, but don't mind some chit-chat and off the subject convos sometimes too

I quick edit. You will see in my first pic I have had gyno surgery on my left side, and have it on my right. This pose is the most noticable of all poses as you can tell. It doesn't help I had a no name doc do my surgery and he got into the muscle when he did it :-/
