This is my I went to a gay club last night and had an amazing time, sh*t faced drunk, passed out on my friend's couch, I hope I don't have a hang over, 185 lbs hot mess.

LOL most gay guys are straight when they drink. One of my best wing men was a gay dude. He would always lure the grenade away while the men went to work then drop the bomb that he was gay after we closed the deal. And some how the poor ladies were never mad at him a couple of them actually became his best F*G hags ( yes thats a technical term that isnt derogatory in their community)

And I am a conisure of the female figure and I will say that your 185 is held in all of the right places. :)

I've been single all of a collective 4 months since I was 17. I'm 39 now. Learning to do this single thing again is an adjustment to say the least.

Had a great workout. Kept getting very nauseous throughout my workout. Didn't have my hr monitor on but I know it was a very intense workout. Could've been a mix between the intensity and too much pwo- not sure. Held it in though- didn't loose it! Lol
 
Got a question for you guys...let's say for a min that you were newer to lifting and not super strong yet...you are benching around 100 and you fail- have the weight pinned on your chest...how would you feel if a chick came over and helped you out?
 
Idk bc I have been lifting for a long arse time lol. But when younger I always wanted to lift heavy not always smart. I had to learn that the hard way when I was outside benching at 18 trying to get 275 on flat. I lost it and it came down on me, but I instinctly used one arm to lift one side up and roll under lol. No harm, but def a bit embarrassed. Anyway i'm sure if that happened I'd be a lil bit embarrassed not mad though. Id be grateful she at least cared enough. I know a lot of my female friends that can lift a lot more. Today that barrier imo has been broken. Prime example my friend Alyssa can squat 6 plates for 5 reps. My brother who's 32 weighs 195 can't do 4 plates once.

I used to have my GF spot me on the bench all the time. I don't know why some guys get all butt-hurt when a girl helps them. Maybe it's a pride thing. I don't know, I would just appreciate that someone took the time to help me.

When I was training with my friend the other day, he told me that he had to put his pride aside so he could learn from me. ?☺️
