EvoMuse Presents: Epitome™

I will likely start with Epitome solo because I like to evaluate products on their own, but would this stack well with 500 mg/day of TTA? Also, how about with Defuse for a weekly cheat day?

I pretty much always have Defuse on hand just for really high calorie meals, which aren't often. I can't necessarily see a synergistic effect between the two, but it's obviously a good combo. And there have been several using TTA.
 
Are any of you relatively lean like <10%? Its pretty obvious that there is a clear pattern of positive effects in people at higher bf%.

Even with glucosamine my appetite is significantly increased on Epitome. Given up on it.

Yeah I'm starting to feel more cravings, but if I dose Epitome 2-3 hours before a meal, the meal makes me full. I feel like on Epitome it is better to eat many small meals throughout the day instead of 3 bigger meals. I'm on my second bottle.

This. Epitome is NOT IF friendly. That's being said.... It will dramatically cut your cal intake if u do follow IF.... Last night was the first meal since I started taking it that didn't make me feel like I was gonna explode...

Appetite is insane. I thought maybe it was just because I was holding such low body fat, but idk right now...

My appetite went up too, made cutting that much harder. I might have stopped taking it but I was logging it so I stuck with it. Finished my bottle today so interested to see if it moderates.

What's your BF% at roughly?

Seems those with decently low bf% are noticing increased appetite.

I have increased appetite for sure... but I can't eat as much. I get fuller quicker and have to force myself to eat. Low bf% checking in
 
Yeah tell me bout it, my problem gets worse when no matter how much volume of food i eat i don't feel satisfied.

Same prob here... On the flip side my last couple of cheat meals were a breeze lol. I had to go to bed to stop.
 
What I've gathered is dose 5 hours away from workout, twice a day 5 hours apart. So workout 6 am dose at 11 and 4

This is good advice. No need to overthink it. It doesn't have to be exactly 5 hours or anything that OCD. I workout at 4 and usually dose at 7 a.m. and noon.

Basically you don't want it too close to workout time.
 
Zero. Zero sides so far. I haven't noticed any appetite suppression quite the opposite actually but I'm down about 7 lbs give or take.
 
We haven't had any reports of sides. Biggest thing is the appetite seems to be one of those that is very hit or miss.

Yep. No affect on sleep at all for me. No real appetite suppression for me, but I notice the warmth after dosing, increased vascularity, and leaning.
 
^this is what I notice as well. I do mid morning and pre bed. So far fat loss has been good. Occasionally wake up with a headache but it's just a light one that subsides quickly. Not sure if it's even related to epitome.

Pre bed dosing is an interesting idea, however is question if promoting ampk activation is a good idea overnight.

I believe headaches from epitome just mean you need to drink water. Dsade mentioned it earlier in this thread...but I forget which page it's on.

I took a cap pre-bed and got a headache which affected my sleep. The remedy is to increase water intake but I don't want to get up too often during the night so I dosed earlier.
 
Did some testing today and I deliberately fought off cravings and waited 2-3 hours until I ate, and my appetite was crushed. I feel like this stuff causes cravings, but if you can fight it off for 2-3 hours the next meal you eat will DESTROY your cravings/appetite for awhile.

Yeah. Instead of doing my 12 hour window + 3 "larger" meals, I am now doing the same kind of window with 6 smaller meals, with some meals being strategically placed 2-3 hours away from my Epitome doses to see the effects on appetite. Fun to experiment with this stuff.
 
Should be about 2.5 more weeks to restock!
 
I have not noticed an increase in craving at all, but it must be because I'm at the high bf% level, I actually have to remind myself to eat
 
higher bf% here - I'm not noting any increase in appetite - I'm in the camp that has a hard time finishing meals if I've dosed Epitome pre-meal, so I actually dose with a meal to try to avoid the appetite crush, since I need to get my protein in... woke up late today and was working out a couple of hours later, so I'll be taking my 1st dose in a few hours and 2nd dose pre-bed (which I've never done before) so will be sure to get plenty of water to see if I can avoid any headache.

Awesome looking forward to reading it. On a side note, do you have any hypotheses as to what is causing significant increased appetite/hunger in a few of us leaner people?
 
I've noticed something pretty crazy. I havent been able to workout in about 2 weeks due to working 2 jobs.

Normally by now my abs and definition would have started disappearing, but my abs are still there like ive been working out this entire time!

Nice lost. I don't wanna lose weight. I want to maintain weight and lose more bf. Goal is to get to 8% bf by summer time :-)

Same goal for me. About 2 weeks into bottle one... Finally able to eat a normal amount of food each siting.. Still dealing with cravings. Honestly haven't seen much change in bodyfat, but the ever mentioned forearm veins are coming thru pretty impressively as well as bicep (which I've never had) and my chest/shoulder veins are even more pronounced than usual.

Just waiting on this stuff to hit my abs and we'll be golden! I currently dose 5-6 hours prior to the gym right around ten am and then again 2-3 hours after the gym... Is that an optimal scheme?
