In honor of the brand new White RAPIDS product, we wanted you to show off your quick talking abilities (a la the MicroMachines commercials)

nice profile... seems well dosed. probably do 2 scoops to get full effect.

2 scoops would be great (and recommended). If you stacked with Green MAG or White Pump, you could shave it down to 1-1.5 if you wanted. 1 by itself wouldn't be too bad either.

WFR remains one of my favorite pre-workouts and white pump kicks ass. I'll pick up some Rapids next time I do a big supplement buy.

tried my best at it lol, took a while not to mess up the listing of effects

I upload from my iphone to youtube and then posted it on here
that was my first video i ever did that way
hence why my video paused a few seconds before i started. I wanted to make sure i did not screw it up

Then i realized you can trim on the iphone.

You don't need to trim it (unless it's obnoxiously long). This is a fun contest; they're not measuring the winners on the total seconds of the video lol - it's just an arbitrary decision of who did the best delivery. And I'd say you did a dandy job!

It's working, so it's your phone vs vimeo - and vimeo can get weird on phones (mine too), but it's pretty dope when it works. Smoother and no ads anywhere on the site.
