The store that sells cookie nuts is not near me. I got the chip nuts off my co-worker, she's related to one of the half owners. His factory doesn't make the cookie nuts because they contain wheat. I may drive the 1 hr to the store soon for the cookie nuts. I don't think you can order online but may be wrong.
 
Cookie nuts potato chip nut combos goodness. Oh by the way I was watching blood and guts videos got hyped up and doing legs dorian style for the next 8 weeks
 
Forgot to mention my tren sweats subsided after less than a week a little benadryl or doxaline will help with tren somnia costco sells them in bulk for good prices

Well the biggest plus is free healthcare. But in terms of commercial goods (supplements, snacks, etc) the U.S. is the ****.

I was going to say the free healthcare, but when you say free healthcare in this country people begin to hate you. Not sure the logic there, but it goes hand in hand with no enemies. No wars to pay for, means everyone can have free healthcare.

We basically subsidize it through our taxes while you guys subidize the military. I respect those guys 100% because they are overworked and paid like crap.

Hell yes! I switch around from all that remains.the ghost inside/for the fallen dreams/as I lay dying/the amity affliction/parkway drive they all have a lot of real heavy songs and when I crank it, its like literally injecting pre workout in my brain and I just kind of fade into the iron in the gym :D
 
p/s the tren will probably be better and sounds like a special gift getting the xtra tren, signs pointing somewhere good,,
 
I get hardcore on the tren and pull out the Curtis Mayfield nothing like blasting pusher man while doing tricep Pushdowns with the whole stack

Best tren bar none is converting finaplix pellets that the **** farmers implant into their cows to put on weight before slaughter that plain out pure tren ace and you know for sure what dose you getting

I usually wouldn't post pics so soon again but thought I woke up pretty lean this morning. These love handles will be the last to go, but getting there. But as lean as I look, it's 2 lbs. up from yesterday, 8 lbs. total for cycle.

Didn't break any PR's or anything, just pumped, and felt controlled strength in everything. But the Bench PR is coming. A few more strength sessions and I'll test it. I got 315 x 1 once before, and it has eluded me ever since. And doing 2 separate rounds of GVT has cost me strength progression since that time.

Playing around with Pre / Intra / Post workout supplementation. Just got some PES Amino IV.

So pre was 1.5 scoops Conqu3r w/ 1 scoop USPLabs Modern BCAA in it with 2 caps OG Ep1c.

Intra was 2.5 scoops PES Amino IV

Post was 2 scoops Dymatize Elite XT with 1 scoop USPLabs Modern BCAA's

I think I like this arrangement.

Only direct from their own store locations as far as I know. You may be able to order online and ship to your hotel. No cookie nuts though

Thanks buddy. It's weird to think that I am 16 pounds heavier in that picture from this morning than my avi pic. And probably just a couple pounds of fat difference. I was straight out of the gym in the avi, and straight out of the bed in today's!!

Great Pull Hyper sesh this morning. Been having some oatmeal with my bedtime shake the last couple nights. And I'm certain it's having a positive effect on my morning workout.

Today makes 17 out of 18 days hitting it hard. I'm taking all weekend off to rest, recover and grow. Also for my wife. She is a sleep-in type of person, whereas I am not. So I told her she can sleep in both days this weekend, I will get up with the baby and not leave for the gym. So it's a good rest weekend for all.
 
I'm likely going on a run for chip/cookie nuts this tomorrow. I could ship those who are willing to swallow whatever the shipping may be.
