dsade if I want to peak bf wise on 4th of July, when should I start my epitome? I have two bottles.... I was thinking start of May? Also, do you realistically foresee bf returning rapidly, slowly, or at all after ceasing use? (Obviously if diet stays on point it shouldn't, but any type of rebound)?

I'm currently hovering at mid 11 with water. I also plan on using a diuretic and EC to get sub 10. I'd like to be in the 10s by Memorial Day. Starting ec and diuretic in June. My diet for cutting is is high fats high protein and low to no carb with refeeds as needed usually once every ten days. Alcohol once a week (tequila on the rocks) sugar is little to none all week and no gluten, little to no dairy. Consistently take in ~2,000-2,200 cals and use HIIT and weighted carries and circuits for fat loss.
 
Diuretics will drop body fat and not water weight?

The rebound effects is usually found when you bump something supraphysiological, like throwing Clen/T3 into the mix. You are putting the body's mechanisms into an extremely out of balance state, which works well for a few weeks - until the body "figures it out" and counters it. Epitome really doesn't work this way, as the product design IS all about balance.

You are running into mid-April already. I would think about bringing in the Epitome here within the next 10 days or so.
 
Is Baiba an ingredient you include in one of your products? Was thinking it was, but a quick scan, don't see it...any (further) benefit in combining it with Epitome? Or overkill?

BAIBA is in an Antaeus Labs product. There's no huge direct synergy, but they are both working towards long term leanness goals.
 
Epitome seems to be unique and nothing seems to have DIRECT synergy with it, but I think it's a good thing. It just makes it easier to stack stuff with it. I'm stacking Combustion+Epitome and it's awesome.

Odd I was just thinking about picking up some Combustion and giving it plus Epitome a go!

Epitome + Lipomorph seems like an interesting stack as well.

Im excited for this. i held off on epitome for this to. will be perfect for my next mini cut
 
Would TTA stack well with epitome?

Any alternate fatloss pathways, whether adrenergic/lipolytic or PPAR-induced, will stack well with Epitome.
 
TTA works through PPAR receptor activation, the same pathway I use in my DCP product.
 
I'm 2 weeks in and I do say, I'm finding it harder and harder to eat. I was totally skeptical at first but color me a believer. This is absolutely helping with my intermittent fasting as well.

I watched some Man v Food last night, and that's normally when I just destroy my cupboards/fridge/freezer. Realized a few episodes in that I wasn't eating, nor did I want to. I can't say enough how awesome that is.
 
Not sure if I overlooked it or not (and I know not to be taken near/around a workout)...but ideal dosing something like 30mins before a meal and/or 60 mins after? Latest time one would dose?

I gave in and started Epitome today. I'm guessing I'm about 14% or so bf but my weight loss has stalled the past 2 weeks so I decided to add it in.

First day, but I already notice appetite suppression as well as the warm feeling everyone is talking about.

I'm also stacking this with Norcodrene and 2g of TTA. I was already taking that before I started so that's how I know this is just from the Epitome.

With or without food doesn't matter, dsade doses in between meals...I'll be dosing mine at 10am and probably 4pm...cravings usually hit me later in the night, will be interesting to see if this helps with that at all...

For those of us that feel ravenous at the end of the day, or have cravings late at night, I wonder if dosing when those cravings hit might help...

That's why I dose between meals...it short circuits those cravings before they hit.

I have thought about doing 10am, 4pm, then another at like 8pm just because by end of night, my hunger comes back strong.

I don't want to blow through bottles though.

My cravings hit post workout at night which I have to dude 5 hrs away.

The closer the meal is to the dose, the more I notice the warmth.

I'm currently doing alphamine + Forskolin-95 + Epitome + TTA

I'm running norco+epitome+lipomorph+ 1 gram of tta (pre bed)- only on day 4 but it's been good. Haven't noticed the appetite suppression like others but it's still been pretty good overall and can't wait to see what I feel and look like a few weeks in. Thinking about adding my bottle of reduce xt to the stack...decisions decisions.
