I never got any due to them never ever ever being in stock. Nothing beats those Overkills, though. I just don't want to train in them lol

Ohhhh yeah, I gotcha. I talked to the owner. He said that'll happen after a while and wasn't sure why it did this time. He said it'll still be safe and effective for a years usage. My coach said the same as well.

I talked to Jayson about this over the weekend and was as surprised as I was his wrap have been shared between at least 3 people for over a year and no tares
 
The Iron Rebel Outlaw stuff is really nice - nearly as tough as the anacondas and way more stretch. Buddy has the knees & wrists. They're also really easy for me to hang onto them when I put em on sat.

And on Black Friday they were doing buy any knee wrap get any wrist free. Love my IR Raptor wrist wraps. Very comfy for how stiff they are.

Soooo my knee hurts. Front, below the patella. Light throbbing. I can feel it when pushing off/against. It doesn't feel like the normal "my ITB or calve is tight" type irritation. This seems pinpoint. Ideas?

This is making me question going into this meet. My next two weeks will be the heaviest two weeks.

Calf would be my guess with either the AT or the soleus the culprit. We have similar squat stances and fixing my soleus has taken away the majority of my knee pain that was in the same area.

Lol funny you bring this up. The guy I train with just turned 40 last month and is constantly slathering himself in tiger balm pre workout. Funniest thing
 
I like Toast. Capsaicin and menthol. Arctic Balm was my first, liked that as well.

Localized pain relief. The menthol donates salicylic acid to the area as an anti inflammatory IIRC. Warms the area and increases blood flow too in my experience. Just keeps shyt from hurting. I try to save it for when I'm really hurting but some people use it daily. Usually by the time I'm within six weeks of doing a meet, I'm using it daily anyway.

When my Chiro ktaped off my adductor a few months ago, he had me rub Rock Sauce (menthol & cap) into the tape. That shît lingered for hours.

LOL! Keep that **** away from your ass hole!!! Made that mistake with icey hot in a very dark porto john thinking it was hydrocortisone. Had some really bad post soccer game chaffing going on as well! Couldn't take in a full breath for at least five minutes straight!

I put some on my elbows and then wore my knee sleeves to heat the area up (with my cuffs on over the sleeve). That always burns like hell but the good part of the story is how I couldn't figure out why my shins were on fire next squat day.
 
Is this sold in a pharmacy? Also, how bad does it stink?
 
All you'll get in a pharmacy (or even a grocery store) is tiger balm, icy hot, or capsaicin, all of which will do just fine. Capsaicin isn't as bad as being OC sprayed by any means, but it still burns like a mofo.

It smells like menthol. Cap doesn't smell like anything.
 
I really like the sore no more from sombra. I'm sad as I don't see it on lifting large now. Some guys at the gym put it on under there knee and elbow sleeves.

My toolbox is lined with it so everything doesn't slide around when I roll my box from plane to plane. Works awesome for that. Guess it would prob work with people too lol
 
Yessir it is! It'll wear out after a few sessions but it's cheap stuff

Just enough for my upper back/shoulders? Or do I need it to go down to my butt?
 
Contemplating just going for 685 instead of 705. I'm not confident enough to be using 685 as a second attempt. Who knows. I'll see how things go I guess.
