Today was rough!
Hit back with coach, light headed and weak but found a way to grind through.
Actually felt better after the workout. Hopefully that means tomorrow is back to normal!

Diet changes:
dropping 20g of carbs
Keeping shakes til Saturday then switching them out for equivalent in 99/1 Turk or egg whites
No more artificial sweeteners from Saturday til show (bye bye supplements, except for cell kem)

Cardio changes:
500 cals and 325 cals, split sessions

Think that's about it for now!

Hoping to be sub 200 by Sunday! On a consistent non diarrhea basis lol
 
Cardio upped to 825! That's crazy man. You not long had it changed to 750?

Think it's just because I was basically outta commission for 3 days with that stomach bug.
Want to make sure we get down to light heavy!

Artificial aweeteners dropping Saturday. Except for post workout Cell Kem

Keeping tablet and capsule products like saw palmetto, milk thistle, Hawthorne berry, etc

Dropping EVP and flavored bcaa/pre wo powders

I bought bulk unflavored bcaa, beta alanine, and creatine monohydrate to use as pre workout
All without additives or sweeteners, will taste like sand probably lol

Not looking forward to next week, will probably drop to 25g carbs/day

Feeling low carb brain the last few nights. Maybe in ketosis now?

Had a fairly good chest and tri workout with 30 min of cardio today then hit another 25 minutes after work.

If I can sleep through the night I'll try and get a fasted cardio session in before work from 8-11am then have a massage scheduled to open up the rhomboids a bit!

Quads and glutes tomorrow!

Boom! Hit target early :) well you said before Monday so... I'm currently cutting using just sust and an AI... Was thinking about adding another compound, var is expensive... How do you like mast?

Love the mast. Everyone says it only shines at very low bodyfat but even when I was 12 weeks out at 400mg mast e/wk I was seeing increased vascularity and holding onto strength while upping cardio and dieting.

I wish mast was as cheap as test! Then I'd run it every other cycle, but going to use it strictly pre contest as it gets $$. Think it's thinning my hair a little though :( but that could be the winny as well! Got a shampoo called regenepure which should help a bit. Got minodixil but will wait for pct to start that.

Sust /mast/ with a winny finish would be sick IMO

If I was going to compete I'd run more than 2 compounds like you, however as it's just for me to diet down I feel 2 would be fine.

That's crap about the hair though! Hopefully that regenerate helps man.

Run the sust mast for 12 weeks and decide if you want to throw winny in for 4 + the clearance time of the sust

Then high carb day, whoop whoop!

Have 2 meals then back / biceps and 325 cals cardio

Hopefully chill the rest of the day, Sunday is my only day without clients.
Practice posing at night.

Fully depleted. Less than 50g carbs every day this week! Can't wait for carb up tomorrow

Is your Clen RC?

No lil purpleish square tabs.
First time taking them or any form of Clen so I have nothing to compare it to.

I split it 60mcg at 6am and 40mcg at 10am.
 
Great workout today for delts/traps. Then 10 mins of posing.
Time change is screwing with me though!

204.4 lb this morning after the refeed yesterday
Usually takes 2-3 days to get back down after a refeed depending on what body parts I'm training.
My goal is to be 198/199 by Saturday.
Then comes peak wwek.

No changes from last weeks diet/macros except for no artificial sweeteners so liquid egg whites and 99/1 meats are taking place of shakes. Only artificial sweetener is Cell-Kem post workout
 
What is your heart rate like while lifting on Clen and ECY? Also, do you plan on logging a bulk after your show?

No more ECAY

The Clen was too much all at one time so splitting it by a few hours makes it more smooth

Getting more frequent nosebleeds so I know BP is up a bit.
I usually don't have a problem but when I added winny and ECAY I got a few and now with the Clen and winny in getting them more often.
First one in public happened today. Embarrassing!

My bros! We are getting close. And I'm nervous as eff haha!

Posing is tough. I can pick stuff up and put it down all day. I can weigh food. I can time cardio. But remembering every single detail of posing is nearly impossible.
I need to practice more! And my next prep I will start daily posing practice earlier.


Talked with coach and we decided on a peak week plan:

Sunday test p 50, mast 100, winny 100
Monday test p 50, mast 100, winny 100
Tuesday test p 50, mast 100, winny 100
Wednesday test p 50, mast 150, winny 100
Thursday mast 150, winny 100
Friday winny 150 (50mg 3x)
Saturday (show) winny 150 (75 pre judge 75 pre night)

Letro 2.5mg throughout
Arimidex 0.5mg throughout
Nolva 40mg throughout

We are waiting to see how the body responds to the depletion/loading before we make a decision on how much xtract and dandelion root to use.

Honestly no way I could tell you the final amount.
The beginnings of prep started back in November with small changes to diet then December tightening slightly with small amounts of cardio then full tilt in January

It's an expensive sport/hobby for sure. Depending how serious you want to get of course.

Truth. My buddy did a natural comp and with a coach and all he spent over 1.5 k.
 
Trophy week plan looks solid!!! I like the confidence I think you should be because you are looking great and you've done the prep like a boss, be proud.
1.5k would be great to spend for a prep coach, supps, hotel, tanning, travel etc.

Food and supps was the most $. Bulking is easy cause carbs are cheap lol
Then coach, driving to see him and paying to use the gym hes a member at

Still at 203.6 this morning. Weight hasn't gone back down since Sunday's refeed :(

Dropping rice. Only carb meal is 1/2c oats

After a refeed day it takes a few days to slip back into ketosis... Hopefully will be tomorrow! Gotta get some keto sticks to tell for sure

I'm the hungriest man alive right now!

Just thinking at this time next week I'll have a pizza in my belly lol
