Took yesterday off, went to Church and to eat. Came home around 2 went to take a nap, yeah didn't wake up til 7:30 last night smh!!!! My body needed it though.
I miss those Sunday after-church-naps.

lol yeah we got some snow it wasn't a lot in our area like 1 or 2 inches but it melted very quick. Up north of us like 40 min difference got 6 to 8How bout yall!!!

They get snow quite a bit. Maybe not in comparison to the North Pole, where you live.
I wish we got snow 1-2 year. I saw flurries this year, first time in a LONG time. Last time I remember snow sticking here was in 1989.

We usually get just a few freezes a winter. Typical winter average Is probably in the 50's.
Kat in terms of weight loss only about 4 lbs but at same time aggression is high and idk why but sex drive is crazy. Plus more energy to do more sets. Today killed it!!!!! That was some good volume imo for me lol.

Cardio 1 mile treadmill Biceps ez bar curl drop sets 2 sets with 8 total 5 lb plates doing 8 reps down til failure dropping 2 plates til bar. SOB Hurts but feels so good!! straight bar 28's doing 7 regular curls, 7 mid to up 7 mid to down and then 7 reps very slow! we did this 2x as well and believe be those slow reps hurt preacher machine curls: 70 lbs x 10,10,10 hammer db curls; 35 lbs x 8,8,8
