Took yesterday off, went to Church and to eat. Came home around 2 went to take a nap, yeah didn't wake up til 7:30 last night smh!!!! My body needed it though.
 
Today hit up mile cardio then back day. Felt better with some sleep now. Just got to get in habit of better sleep all the time.

lol yeah we got some snow it wasn't a lot in our area like 1 or 2 inches but it melted very quick. Up north of us like 40 min difference got 6 to 8 :( How bout yall!!!

We usually get just a few freezes a winter. Typical winter average Is probably in the 50's.

Kat in terms of weight loss only about 4 lbs but at same time aggression is high and idk why but sex drive is crazy. Plus more energy to do more sets. Today killed it!!!!! That was some good volume imo for me lol.

Nice!!! Definitely can't complain about those sides! Increased sex drive is always fun --extra cardio when cutting! ;)

straight bar 28's doing 7 regular curls, 7 mid to up 7 mid to down and then 7 reps very slow! we did this 2x as well and believe be those slow reps hurt

preacher machine curls: 70 lbs x 10,10,10

hammer db curls; 35 lbs x 8,8,8
