Ive been doing the following:

Training days- 2 caps Norco first thing in the morning and 1 cap Norco+2 scoops HV+1 scoop E9 before training.

Off days- 2 caps Norco+1 scoop E9 in the morning and 1 cap Norco later in the day.

Probably wants to start burning fat/ and or some clean energy first thing in the am- then another later as either a pre workout or to bump up the burning

Appetite suppression is usually more needed in the morning after the long fast overnight

Also if youre not a morning person the stim kick helps get you in gear

250 to 300mg is my limit. Just enough for a kick and not too much to over do the CNS with all the Olympic lifting

2 scoops HV + 1 scoop nanberry E9 in 27oz water is still pretty sweet to me. Sweeter than Gatorade.
