Here is the chest/tri routine
Incline BP (8 sets) 2 sets @ 255lbs 8 reps per :woohoo: strength definitely up
Incline fly/db press superset (4 sets) 55lbs to failure
CG BP (6 sets) sets @ 225lbs for sets of 7
Weighted bench dips (5 sets) 35lbs to failure
Strength is definitely showing noticeable signs of increase. Also had a rare mid day weigh in.....amazingly I was 202 after eating and being fully dressed.
i remember 2 weeks in being the benchmark for results setting in on dt and in particular dtp. really digging the new improved taste of jp8 hardcore!!!
