Just ordered two more bottles of King 60 cap bottles. Will stack these with some lecithin granules and my ergonine when it comes in. Excited. Only other thing I am using is strength caps aka laxogenin. I was using the TD but ran out. It was either buy another TD bottle or two bottles of king, so yeah went with king.
8 weeks of king stacked with Laxogenin and ergonine.
Idk why people are buying supplements that you can get the same benefits with from soy lecithin aswell as the other health benefits .

I don't mind the calories, but my stomach can barely tolerate 4 tablespoons of lecithin with 1,5g ArA pre-workout
I added 15g to my protein shake and milk this morning...make it quite thick but that was expected.
The taste was pretty okay...this will be part of my post-workout shake from now on!

Is anyone taking Soy Lecithin or PA while dieting? It seems like it might be a decent supp to take to help maintain lean mass and keep strength high when in a caloric deficit. I'm only asking as 2tbsp of Fearn is 8g of fat so depending on your fat macros, the benefits may or may not be worth it.
For some of us, myself included, it starts working when you go double that at least.

I've read that it will only benefit pre workout because that's when the acid is most beneficial for the workout itself , I may be wrong but that's what I have read
I have some SL on hand. would you think it'd be beneficial if I put it in my protein shake I take 3 times a day?It should not be less beneficial because, as to my understanding, the main function through which PA works is through increased protein synthesis through increased mTOR. In the initial study they had them take half pre and the other half post workout I believe.
