The trainer works out like an animal! He places steps with several risers on top of benches and jumps over them. Does handstand push-ups on 2 benches and falls into push-up position, does push-ups and back into handstand push-ups...it's craziness! Just wish he would train his clients with as much passion! Most of the gym trainers seem to be like that!
Our trainers half-azz their clients too. Same routine for every client; nothing seems to be goal-specific.
Too many jaded, asleep people just going through the motions these days .... complete lack of passion and lust for life. It is sad Kat. When you are one of the ones who are awake it makes it even harder to watch such a lack of passion in someone who is supposed to help inspire that very passion in others, Truly sad.

I played soccer all the way through junior high and high school. Our high school team was undefeated 3yrs in a row. I love to kick the ball around with my boys when I get the chance.
