clearly not squatting has taken all of your leg gainz away... Look how skinny your knee caps are.

Yep! I'm just gunna inject everything into my kneecaps so that they get bigger.... That should work right? Maybe if I start cross fitting so I am more functional they will grow too. I might want to get matching gloves, belt, shoes and gym bag and make sure it's all bb.com and gym shark sh*t so people know I'm serious because my physique doesn't scream "I'm bigger, stronger, more dedicated than you and alpha as Fuk!" I need to wear clothes that make people realize that... Hahahahaha

they had an article in the last bb.com email that had the "military bodybuilder" or something... Dude was pretty much as average as anyone who's ever gone to a gym. Made me think of you... They need to do one on you and show people what real military bbing looks like ha

Beast mode.

This.

Jealous of those quad veins....

This.

So u wear it loose? I really don't want to go down this technical rabbit hole about belts though. They help me lift, but mainly just seem to provide a little peace of mind. I'm not sure they do much outside of stabilizing my core alittle when I go deep in the squat.

Seriously, no technical rabbit hole needed. I don't need a belt for my purposes, I was just amazed at all the expertise and thought that others put into it. Didn't realize it makes a big difference. I'm not arguing that fact.

No biggie - it's actually pretty simple, but if nobody teaches you you'd never know. You wear it snug enough that when you breathe into your BELLY and flex your core muscles hard they press out against the belt, greatly increasing the amount of force they can put out vs just bracing your core against the air. If you crank it down too tight though, you won't have room to optimally flex (or breathe) and you will be relying on the belt to pretty much act AS your core support instead of bolstering it. Better than nothing, but the best power & support comes from bracing against the belt.

Think about how much force you can exert just pressing your arm out, then how much you can exert if you're pressing against a surface like a wall. Same principle.

This might not be desirable if part of the purpose is to try to restrict the waiste though, like DD mentioned. I know a lot of serious builders here who live and breathe by that dogma.

Good stuff man. I am constantly changing the tightness if my belt through different lifts. I realized what you said about using it to generate more force purely by experimenting. But when I'm working other lifts (not heavy bench, deads, squats etc) I cinch that fuker tight to keep my waist sucked in lol.

That would be cool... But then it would start a whole "steroids in the military" thing because someone would want to blame my success on steroids and not the hard work. It's typical in the minds of small, weak, little minded window licking crayon eating dbags. So I would rather stay out of the articles lol

that's a good point ha. I forget how uneducated/ignorant most people are when it comes to that type of stuff. "He's big, he's def on roids. Prob doesn't even lift anymore either"

Just curious, about how much money do you spend a month on everything? Food, gear, GH, Peptides, Slin, and other supplements? You obviously don't need to answer if you'd rather not, I've just always wondered how expensive it gets to run all of that.

It's a lot man. I don't really keep track because it's all budgeted into my lifestyle. If I had to guess somewhere around 6-800 a month during a bulk, more during a cut and less if I'm cruising. GH is the true expense honestly. I run as much as I can afford for that month.

My grocery bill, shopping at cheap places like Aldi if I need some fresh basics & Sam's for bigger bulk purchases, is a legitimate $500/month. Primarily meat. I bought 17 lbs of meat sunday & 3 dozen eggs, plus dairy. I'm through 40% of it already. And I'm not even on anything at the moment.

The gym membership is about the only thing that comes cheap when you're trying to get big.

Seriously Hyde get a fu©king cheese burger or a hot pocket or something.

have you fellas seen american sniper? Honestly, this movie just gets me fired up in so many ways. Great ****ing movie!

Gonna try to watch this weekend once my internet gets up and running. heard nothing but rave reviews.

I have about 70 pages left in the book. I hate reading but its been hard to put down

I'm a pretty big reader but I'm very picky. I like war books and sports biographies. No fiction stuff for me. I like motivating or inspirational books. Last really good book I read was mike Tyson's latest book. Regardless of his character fakes he was one of the best and arguably one of the heaviest hitting heavyweights ever. His story is pretty impressive, he literally gave up a normal life and gave everything he had to boxing. Too bad he wasn't smarter with his choices later on in life lol

I might hold off another week for my cycle. I'm gaining as is on 500mg test, peps and low GH. The calories are obviously helping. But if I am gaining now I would rather milk the gains for another week before I flood my androgen receptors with a copious amount of delicious muscle juice hahaha. Although I have been sore as all hell after going ham in the gym. Not too bad but it's obvious I went heavy and hard the next day.

Milk it. I put 21lbs on my competition total a few weeks back at a mock meet we held, off any hormones. Doesn't sound like much, til you realize it was 21lbs over my recent drugged numbers. Then you realize that's like 50lbs in 11 wks lol. So I'm staying off for this meet prep I started this week, and not changing the programming - if it ain't broke...

That being said, it sucks being sore all the time for months on end. But I figure the longer break is probably good for my body.

What do you guys think the best way to go about cardio while on cycle? I'm bulking right now and am bumping my calories up quite a bit but want to try to not gain any fat or hardly any these last couple weeks. I've never been a cardio guy, and absolutely despise running, I just plan on using the bike.

Incline walking is good to. You could do hiit or liss, whatever you desire.

When would be the best time to do it? On an off day, post workout, fasted? Do you guys think cardio on cycle should differ from cardio while natural?

I talk about cardio somewhere in here at length on types, timing, duration etc. your answer is in that part. I think it was back in May-june

Yeah I'm gaining but I'm pretty FUKIN sore after my big muscle group days haha. I'm eating enough and sleeping plenty which is key. I feel maybe next week I will start instead of this weekend. I'm trying to maximize my bulk season that's the big goal.

Adding some thickness too my back. Time to add that width. It's hard to flare my lats and take a picture at the same time haha

Def noticeable thickness additions. Your taper is insane. I'd kill for the shoulder width you have.

I'm pretty similar. I make it a goal to read a certain amount of self development books. Whether it be about personal growth, financial growth, etc. I'm currently reading "the magic of thinking big."

- I want more money more than I want more muscles. (But not by much) lol

Just discovered a new band for my fellow metal heads. The last ten seconds of life. I had sexual stimulation listening to them. Brutal.

Dude! That band is sick! Been listening to a lot of new bands. Just smashed out a brutal leg day to- Float Face Down. Brutal band

Haven't heard them yet. Gonna have to have a listen.

So I did the math and layed out the time in my head for the next few months and my goals. Since I want to compete in October I decided to hop on cycle now. I wanted to wait another week and milk my cruise gains but it will cut me short and bleed into my prep. I want to do a serious 16 week cut into my show and bring my best to stage. Sooooo....

Just spend 400 on a grocery bill at Costco. That's just over a week of food but that's for the girl kid and me... Mostly me :)
