I like the back and Tricep pairing.

After back, my biceps are shot...same goes for triceps after chest.

But man, I'm sore today.

See how my triceps are tomorrow when I go for the awful high rep chest training, y3t week 3 style:)

Dumbbell side raises

22lbs x 15, 17,6lbs x 12 (with rest pause), 13,2lbs x 12 (with rest pause)

Second drop set simular, but with some more rest pause cause I was totally ****ed:)

Standing dumbbell curl
26,4lbs x 25 (last 5 rest pause)

Hammer grip cable curl
50reps....dropping weight when I reached failure, rest pause reps...juat to get to the 50!

Love this workout. All the drop sets look awesome. This will definitely get things moving again.

Really is nice to have a new goal and plan.

Usually I just pick a weight and start pushing it...now I'm more focused on getting the numbers etc.

High reps really kicked my a$$. Feels sooooo gooooddd!!!!

Guess what...my little girl is sick again.

Didn't sleep all night. Kept on making noise while breathing...freakin loud noise:(

And she gave me a headbut...right underneath my eyebrow.

Have a black eye now....hope we get some sleep tonight. Past weeks have been tough, and just when things seemed fine again this happens.

Poor thing....

Something went wrong yesterday.

Did 3 warm up sets on the decline bench.

Working sets:

1 set: 252lbs x 5+2

Something felt wrong.

Set 2: 220lbs x 8

Had to stop. Pain around my colar bone. Seems to come from my neck, to my colarbone, behind my chest.

Don't know what the hell it is, but it ****ed up my chest day.

Hope this heals soon....

Think I'm going to take this week off....atleast no upper body:( Better save than sorry.

Did some legs yesterday.

Cancelled my work out today. Feels somewhat better, but it's still there.

See how it feels the next couple of days;)
 
Doing any stretching or anything to loosen it up? Doesn't feel like a bone break does it?

I try to stretch it a couple of times throughout the day.

Defenitely not my chest. Feels like I pulled something behind my colarbone(if this makes any sense)

Can do all movements, but picking stuff up and holding it in front of me sucks(today was daddy day, so you can guess how I feel now)
 
Might need to go get it checked out! :( Sounds quite painful!
 
Going to try and get a workout in tomorrow....solo, so no peer pressure, lol.

Did a work out on saturday...my wife's gym.

Basicly did some chest and back exercises.

Managed to do incline dumbbell presses with 90,2lbs dumbbells...was pretty happy with that.

My injury seems to come from my neck...

I hope so too.

Thursday sucked. After 2 chest exercises I had to quit:(

Busy week coming up, will do my work outs...week after that holiday, and maybe some time to go to a physical therapist.
 
Nagging injuries is damn right! Had to skip leg day for up to a month due to hamstring injuries and slipping a disc in my lower back. I'm too young for this injury lifestyle :wavey:

I feel pretty frustrated right now. Neck and colarbone are hurting.

Have an appointment with the physical therapist on wednesday. Hopefully she can manipulate things.
Sorry for the lack of updates:( didn't feel like doing it.

One positive note....I have one week of holidays. Quality time with my little princess:)
