still not a whole lot to report to be honest. Today is day 13 (I think) and though I've gained a few pounds (currently 181) I think the majority of that weight if from eating way more then normal. I feel like I can't eat enough which I remember from my first halo run.
One thing I have noticed is that so far there's no suppression/shut down going on with the boys thus far. Labido is still the same and I still sorta feel laggy every morning.
NOW let me be clear. I'm not saying that the products aren't working. I just simply think it's still sorta early to notice anything spectacular just yet. Which I'm fine with my last halo run nothing happened till day 23.
Though I have noticed excessive sweating and increased aggression in the gym. I swear I put down the weights after a set & want to pick them right back up.
I'm remaining optimistic and a have no doubt OL's products are the real deal.
Currently mulling over the idea of bumping up the doses of both. Tr3n bumped to 120 (2full pumps) and halo bumped up to 125(5pills/ED)
Just not sure I like the idea of shortening the total length of my cycle for packing more power into each week.especially now with the ban.my supply's are limited. Oohh the things I'd do to go back in time & double up on what I bought.

Just figured the tr3n would hit me sooner.
None the less feeling pretty good still. No noticeable sides. Still sleeping just fine. Eating is definitely up. It's so hard to stay away from the junk food when I get hungry which is all the time now but I'm dealing.
I know the hunger sucks some times but if you can feed it with clean food you'll really grow..

Today was day 17. Nothing still to report, still no suppression or glorious gains. Though I did wake up 3 times randomly last night which NEVER happens. I honestly have gone 7 days in a row now & feel completely fine. I had a few days off last week & got a lot more sleep in then normal so maybe that helped keep me level. Or maybe the tr3n is kicking in?
I honestly don't believe most people get their bodies to a point where it's over training. Possible, but if all you do is hit the gym 1x a day you aren't over training. I work 12 hours industrial construction and goin through a high volume program to cut up. I feel like the phrase "over-training" is way over used and misunderstood. Anyways. I'm doin epi DermaTREN. I'm subbed. for a mass gainer, hands down get ON pro complex gainer chocolate. It's awesome. Since I'm trying to cut I like PES Select

Idk personally there's days (before starting the cycle) that I just can't manage to hit the gym because I'm totally beat. But now lately it dosnt even phase me which I think is due mainly to the tr3n. I just finished up at the gym, hit shoulders & though I feel sore all ready I feel like it would be nothing to go right back & hit it again. Idk. Maybe it's just mental..?
What's weird though is even though I feel fine there still using any suppression going on & today is like day 19. I know the halo will be kicking in here soo from previous experience but I just figured the tr3n being a TD would have hit me faster & harder all ready.
Had another lousy night of sleep again though, woke up a few times for no reason again. Not sure what to make of that.

Strength wise so far is a marginal increase. Haven't pushed to hit any Pr's just yet partially because I'm waiting for the halo to kick in(which should be very soon) and also because I don't max out very often. I sure will be pushing harder here once the halo is in full effect.
Eating wise like I've mentioned before I'm not the cleanest eater. I'm definitely way more conscious of what I'm eating now then I was but I won't lie fast food is still in the diet.
Goals wise I'm fine with my size, I'm looking for strength to match it. Looking to cut up a bit to get the abs poking through a tad better.
& I live in Florida so no cold here really, today it was 74 partially sunny. I pretty much have my shirt off all day lol.

How long before bed are you pumping? When I pump shortly before bed I'm the same way. When I pump around 7 pm I'm good. The tren gives me a sh*t load of energy too. How much are you pumping? 1 full pump is 60mg. I do 1 pump in the morning and half a pump at 7. That's 90mg Ed and I have 2 bottles. Also run full pct protocol once you're done with it all. The halo is what's making you super hungry. Eat more brother!!
I'm nearly on the same schedule as you. 1 fil pump at 8am and another half at around 5pm. Both after showers & dried. Part of the issue is that the pump is clogged up a bit, I cleaned it after I dosed this morning so hopefully tonight's will be easier, but I'm definitely low on the first bottle. Wish I had an extra so I could go up to 120 & make it last.

So honestly idk what to think right now. It's day like 24 I think and so far still no suppression. & No excessive vascularity (as compared to my last halo run)
Now I the other hand I'm definitely leaning out pretty good, I haven't checked my weight lately but I'd assume I've lost 3-5 pounds. & that's eating way more then normal.
Also my strength is definitely increasing. I KILLED shoulders earlier today. Did 30lb DB lateral raises (which is a HUGE jump for me) only managed 1 set of 8 @ 30 but it was also near the end of my work out so I'm stoked about that. Typically I stick at 20's.
Today I upped the doses of both halo @ 125 & tr3n@ 120. It's going to sorta screw up my end date because supply's are limited but I think it will be worth it.
I'm sleeping way better also, haven't woke up in the middle of the night in a few days. But man I'm moody throughout the day. A lot of little things start to erk me.
None the less things are looking up.

Honestly I wouldn't read to much into not feeling any suppression. I ran LGI M-Sten at 30mg and didn't feel suppression at all, or with running solo Epi. People say OL Ostar1ne is suppressive also but I haven't had any side effects for me to think that. Is your natural test suppressed, of course. I just don't think sides always show but maybe it's just me.
This is spot on. Whereas our Ostar1ne definitely shut me down. Could be age, could be starting baseline test levels. All else says things are moving in the right direction. I would hesitate to up doses based on trying to "feel" suppressed. Slow and steady wins the race.
This is exactly what I was going to say. Don't think you're not taking enough because you're not experiencing negatives sides. I'm day 20 on the tren and also feel no suppression and staying at 90. The DermaTREN is stronger. 120 would be high. Be careful buddy don't get greedy that's how you can get hurt.
