Alright fellas it's time for my second (& probably final) cycle.
Roughly 6 months ago I ran IFS HaloX for 8 weeks with some pretty decent gains & now I'll be stepping it up a tad & throwing dermatr3n into the mix.

Cycle will be

Halo 75/100/100/100/100/100
Tren 90/90/90/90/90/90
Inhibit P (as directed)
Arm1care Pro (as directed)
Along with the basics fish oils,whey,multi

PCT will be
Clomid 50/50/25/25/
DAA 3/3/3/3
Super PCT 4/4/3/2/1
& possibly Dermastrength 2/2/2/2/2/2/2/2 if my wallet allows it in a few weeks.

So with that being said I'll admit I'm nervous/excited to run this. I'm familiar with halo but tr3n is new territory for me not sure what to expect exactly. So any input on my current cycle (what to add, remove, basic tips etc) are all welcome.

I'll do my best to update with pics as I go.

Cycle looks good!

Here is some advice for the TREN.

Sometimes it effects sleep.

You can do a couple things to counteract the sleep problem (if you have one)

G8 by Finaflex (great stuff just got my 3rd tub)
ZMA (all natural)
Phenibut (a derivative of GABA)

There are other options but I would recommend G8 first.

That Clomid dosage looks low in my opinion.

A lot of people run it 150/150/100/100/ and then some people add in two more weeks at 50/50

Nolvadex is usually 20/20/10/10

Torem (never ran it but sources say) 75/75/50/50

I'll re arrange the pct dosing as it nears.
My main concern would be nipple sensitivity, will I experience that with the tren? What will combat that if I do?
 
You shouldn't because they are dry compounds.

If you do you can get a real AI.

Alright,so I actually got my last package today that I've been waiting on so I went ahead & started my cycle today today. Obviously being its the first day I'm not expecting to notice anything nor for probably the first week or so but I'll keep the posts coming for those of you that are interested.
Btw.
It's hard to believe there's 90 servings in the dermatren bottle. It's so little & not even full to the top, & a full pump seems like a lot. Good thing I have 2! Lol

None the less, let the gains begin!

Still not much to report. It's gonna be a few days before I start to notice anything
T-minus 3 hours till the gym. It's back day!.
Going to Max my deadlift just as a reference from now till pct & see where I'm at.

Grabbed some Pmag during the blowout sales. I've been eager to run that for some time.

Today was day 2, no sides so far.
maxed out my deadlift (330 1RM) nothing special but a personal best for me. I actually have scoliosis so DL sorta messes my back up after a while. can't wait to see where I end up at the end of the cycle.

Went with oral myself. Got it for a price I couldn't pass up over at nutraplanet. Wanted to go TD but it is what it is. Going to run at 90 week 1 and then 120 the rest of the way..

I might bump to 120 on week 3. Just wanna see what it's like when it hits me in a week or so.
Don't forget your inhibit P! Nutriverse has a inhibit p/DAA combo I picked up for like 45$. Not bad.
Plus if you spend 100$ with them they send you "the hook up" as shown..

I have all my **** just sitting in my cabinet, along with my DMZ, TREST, HALO, EPI, and much more haha.

I lift first thing in the am so i never have a chance to be taken out of the mood lol. From what I've seen in other logs 7-10 days you start to feel the tr3n. Be patient and it'll certainly pay off..
 
Honestly I'm so not a morning person lol. I actually spend my day looking forward to my nightly work out. Typically I'm never not ready to lift after work. Today was sorta strange.

Come to think of it I was sweating like crazy at the gym today, & I have read that tr3n causes excessive sweating. So maybe it's starting to slowly work into my system. Few more days & things should start looking up.
 
In. Im starting a dmz/dermatren cycle feb 1st. i read the tren doesnt convert to estrogen but good idea to always have a ai on hand. i picked up a bottle of formeron

Excessive sweating in the gym is definitely in full swing. I leave the gym drenched now.

None the less, things are going swell. Tomorrow is day 5 & also the new year, I'm praying the gym isint crammed full of clueless people.

Thats another reason I choose 6am to workout..none of the clueless people will get up that early lol. Sadly it means no decent chicks either..

Full body Friday tonight. Should be a good one, and surprisingly the gym was actually pretty empty the last few days.

Hey fellas sorry it's been a few days, weekend was pretty hectic with work.

So today is day 8. Just got home from the gym which was nuts with all the new people. More irritating then anything. For some reason all the new people felt the need to stand directly in front of the dum bells in front of the mirror & in front of you which drove me nuts but non the less it was still pretty solid work out.
Hit chest today & put 80lb DB up for 8 reps x3 sets which is a new personal best. Was pretty stoked about that. Didn't manage to grab a bench but I'll be hitting chest again Friday probably if the crowd isn't so insane.
So far I think things are looking pretty solid, I definitely feel more density to my muscles all ready, the at rest vascularity is starting to kick in. I woke up looking like I just did a 2 hour bicep work out.
The only negatives Im starting to notice is 1. My mood. I seem to have way more mood swings now(which I expected) but damn I didn't think it would be like this. I'm generally a pretty sarcastic goofball & now things seem to just annoy me when messing around with my buddies. But it's nothing to major. I just try to snap out of it.
& 2, the sweating. I sweat like a mad man now at the gym. Almost to the point where I considered carrying around a little towel today because I'm literally dripping after my 2nd or 3rd set.

All in all loving the cycle so far.

Question for you guys, which protein do you use? I'm running low on what I got (I use GNC's advanced whey) which is pricy but I love the taste, reminds me of nesquick.
I'm considering getting a mass gainer because honestly my eating habits are sorta crappy. In my line of work done times I don't eat my first real meal till noon so looking for something to get some extra calories in.
Opinions welcome!

As far as protein I have 12lbs on hand at the moment, combination of Dymatize Iso-100, Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard, Cellucor Whey, Pro Jym and Grenade 50/50 whey. I have a problem..I'm aware lol

Dymatize is my go to!! For low carb it's hard to beat their ISO 100
 
You can get better protein than that (in my opinion):

I love ON.

They have amazing protein.

And the mood swings can be just a mindset this early in but, keep a eye on it because TREN can come on really ****kkkkkkking strong.

Lol no problem with that! In fact I wish I had that sorta plethora of options. I do wanna invest in a casin protein for a pre bed time protein shake.
I'll definitely check out the ISO-100.

What's your guys opinion on mass gainers as sorta a meal replacement of sorts. I'm kinda torn because I herd there filled with junk but at the same time I know I'm not hitting the proper calories per day to maximize my potential for this cycle.
My job causes me to drive to sometimes 3different job sites a day with only McDonald's & Taco Bell inbetween & I'm not a fan of eating any of that, though I do if I have to on certain days.
Right now I'm working on an island with literally only a 7/11 & a pizza joint on it. Options are scarce.
 
2 scoops protein
2 cups whole milk
1/2 cup dry oats
1 banana
1tbs natty pb

955 calories
30 fat
90 carbs
75 protein

I use that recipe in place when I'm trying to add mass. Don't have to worry about the added sugar they put in those mass gainers. But they work for some people, I'm not one of them..

Cook 5 lbs of protein at a time.
 
Both definitely viable options. I'm thinking about getting a croc pot & slow cooking some chicken for a go to lunch.
I definitely try that recipe out bud. Sounds delicious.
 
Crock Pots are where it's at bro. That's how I do it.
