If you need a good mass gainer that's not all sugar, go with Universal's Real Gains. That one tastes great, mixes well and depending on where you buy it, the price/serving is great. still not a whole lot to report to be honest. Today is day 13 (I think) and though I've gained a few pounds (currently 181) I think the majority of that weight if from eating way more then normal. I feel like I can't eat enough which I remember from my first halo run.
One thing I have noticed is that so far there's no suppression/shut down going on with the boys thus far. Labido is still the same and I still sorta feel laggy every morning.
NOW let me be clear. I'm not saying that the products aren't working. I just simply think it's still sorta early to notice anything spectacular just yet. Which I'm fine with my last halo run nothing happened till day 23.
Though I have noticed excessive sweating and increased aggression in the gym. I swear I put down the weights after a set & want to pick them right back up.
I'm remaining optimistic and a have no doubt OL's products are the real deal.

Currently mulling over the idea of bumping up the doses of both. Tr3n bumped to 120 (2full pumps) and halo bumped up to 125(5pills/ED)
Just not sure I like the idea of shortening the total length of my cycle for packing more power into each week.especially now with the ban.my supply's are limited. Oohh the things I'd do to go back in time & double up on what I bought.

If your focus is increasing and your even slightly getting stronger it's starting to work its magic.

Like you said with your previous run halo takes like 3 weeks to kick. That's why I like it for 6 weeks :)

Just figured the tr3n would hit me sooner.
None the less feeling pretty good still. No noticeable sides. Still sleeping just fine. Eating is definitely up. It's so hard to stay away from the junk food when I get hungry which is all the time now but I'm dealing.

Haha YA I'm definitely trying, dinner most nights looks like this. A bowl of seasoned & shredded chicken.

Today was day 17. Nothing still to report, still no suppression or glorious gains.
Though I did wake up 3 times randomly last night which NEVER happens. Hopefully that dosnt become a constant re occurrence because it killed me at work today.

Question, what's your guys' opinion on over training on a cycle.? I honestly have gone 7 days in a row now & feel completely fine. I had a few days off last week & got a lot more sleep in then normal so maybe that helped keep me level.
Or maybe the tr3n is kicking in?
 
Well recovery is definitely a good sign. I never train more than 5 in a row even when on. Even if I feel like I could. But I'm also a family man who's obligations tend to pile up if I don't take a day off from the gym and come straight home after work periodically!!! Lol

For sure bro. That's why I really plan out my meal on cycle just as much as I plan my pills because it truly makes a difference.

I would not over train.. Even with the great recovery your body needs time to rest.. Also if you over train sooner or later your joints will start acting up..

True that. It depends on how well you are at actually working the muscles when you do workout.

I think some people workout, don't know what they are doing, get a "burn" and then stop lol.

What's weird though is even though I feel fine there still using any suppression going on & today is like day 19. I know the halo will be kicking in here soo from previous experience but I just figured the tr3n being a TD would have hit me faster & harder all ready.
Had another lousy night of sleep again though, woke up a few times for no reason again. Not sure what to make of that.
 
Ya I mean you should be gettin Goin anytime soon. It could be mental, but it could be your diet. Sometimes when I eat well I have a better lift. Some days you just don't feel like it. It's normal. I am on day 13 on the Tren and haven't had any sleeping issues. The fiancé keeps it 66* in the bedroom so the night sweats have been minimal

Bro. If you normally are beat and you don't have a lot of energy to go to the gym but, now you feel like you could go twice. It's working haha.

How many sets are you doing at the gym?

If your waking up in the middle of the night, it's the TREN.

If your eating more than usual and you're almost always hungry and you have weird cravings, it's working.

Are you getting stronger at all?

Can you do more reps or sets than usual?

The biggest difference will be when you're heading into PCT. It's a cumulative effect.

Also, like Brock said, what is your diet like right now and, what are your goals?
 
Do you live in a cold weather state?? I know I lose all motivation in the winter months..

Eating wise like I've mentioned before I'm not the cleanest eater. I'm definitely way more conscious of what I'm eating now then I was but I won't lie fast food is still in the diet.

Goals wise I'm fine with my size, I'm looking for strength to match it. Looking to cut up a bit to get the abs poking through a tad better.

& I live in Florida so no cold here really, today it was 74 partially sunny. I pretty much have my shirt off all day lol.

Alright fellas so I think the time is upon us.
Hit the gym earlier and though I was tired as hell from work my lift was phenomenal.
It's like I hit a whole new gear once the headphones went in.
I can't be 100%sure just yet but I think the suppression is starting to kick in. Noticed today the boys were a bit smaller.
No nipple sensitivity yet.
Still sweating like crazy. Even after just a few sets I'm dropping.

Worst thing so far is sleep, last night I woke up at 4am STARVING. My stomach felt like it was eating it's self.and only 6 hours prior I ate 7 grilled chicken tenders. So grabbed a quest bar but after eating that I Could not for the life of me fall asleep again for the next 2 hours. & I mean like WIDE AWAKE. Not groggy one bit, not sore or lethargic. I coulda ran a marathon at 4am I swear. And that's with only 6 hours of sleep.
It was so strange & rather irritating.

Any ways I think I'm going to run into a tr3n issue here soon. My first bottle is feeling rather low sorta early. I've only been using the pump to dose but now I'm worried tren might run out before the halo does.
If this happens say a week early is there anything I should do in terms of dosing my SERM a bit or just ride out the halo & go full blown PCT protocol?
 
If one runs out before the other no need to start any pct until the other is also done.

How long before bed are you pumping? When I pump shortly before bed I'm the same way. When I pump around 7 pm I'm good. The tren gives me a sh*t load of energy too.

How much are you pumping? 1 full pump is 60mg. I do 1 pump in the morning and half a pump at 7. That's 90mg Ed and I have 2 bottles.

Also run full pct protocol once you're done with it all. The halo is what's making you super hungry. Eat more brother!!

I'm nearly on the same schedule as you. 1 fil pump at 8am and another half at around 5pm. Both after showers & dried.
Part of the issue is that the pump is clogged up a bit, I cleaned it after I dosed this morning so hopefully tonight's will be easier, but I'm definitely low on the first bottle. Wish I had an extra so I could go up to 120 & make it last.

Also my strength is definitely increasing. I KILLED shoulders earlier today. Did 30lb DB lateral raises (which is a HUGE jump for me) only managed 1 set of 8 @ 30 but it was also near the end of my work out so I'm stoked about that. Typically I stick at 20's.

Today I upped the doses of both halo @ 125 & tr3n@ 120. It's going to sorta screw up my end date because supply's are limited but I think it will be worth it.

I'm sleeping way better also, haven't woke up in the middle of the night in a few days. But man I'm moody throughout the day. A lot of little things start to erk me.

None the less things are looking up.

Honestly I wouldn't read to much into not feeling any suppression. I ran LGI M-Sten at 30mg and didn't feel suppression at all, or with running solo Epi. People say OL Ostar1ne is suppressive also but I haven't had any side effects for me to think that. Is your natural test suppressed, of course. I just don't think sides always show but maybe it's just me.

This is spot on. Whereas our Ostar1ne definitely shut me down. Could be age, could be starting baseline test levels. All else says things are moving in the right direction. I would hesitate to up doses based on trying to "feel" suppressed. Slow and steady wins the race.

This is exactly what I was going to say. Don't think you're not taking enough because you're not experiencing negatives sides. I'm day 20 on the tren and also feel no suppression and staying at 90. The DermaTREN is stronger. 120 would be high. Be careful buddy don't get greedy that's how you can get hurt.

This is true. Also op go check your blood pressure to make sure things are good.
 
can you cut up with the dermatren?

Absolutely. If there's one thing I've noticed so far is my BF is definitely down. Abs are popping through a lot more for sure. Perfect for cutting.

So opened my second bottle of tren. I'm roughly half way through the cycle now. Things seem to be on the up & up
My sleeping seems to be back to normal, haven't woke up in the middle of the night for a while now. Hoping it stays that way.
So far very mild sides. A few random zits here & there maybe 5-6 total in the last few weeks.
No suppression to report. But also no crazy boost in sex drive nor am I really to moody.

So far the weirdest occurrence which only developed in the last few days is when I im working out, the areas where I applied the tr3n seem to get unusually warm. I typically pump it on my chest & spread it around with my forearms which is the exact areas it gets warm. Dosnt really affect me but it's just a strange thing I noticed.
 
Dude. I am experiencing the EXACT same thing. Odd lol. Have you noticed an increase in strength? I haven't at all.

Here's my opinion on tren in regards to your strength question..
When I first read into tr3n I read all these amazing things about its cutting capabilities, strength increases, labito increases etc. I assumed it was this super powerful, super noticeable & super effective test base that guaranteed to knock your socks off.
So far that's not the case. & thinking back on it now I'm sure some of the logs I read were a bit over expressed, or the users were just more susceptible to its effects. Not the case for me.
In my opinion it's been quite mild actually. When I put it on before the gym I don't get this surge of energy that I read people talk about. But I do seem to be more aggressive in the gym. I hit a set and feel like I can pick the weights right back up and hit another back to back.
Strength wise it's hard to tell wether it's the tr3n or the halo really giving me gains in that aspect. I definitely increased the weight, most noticeable on shoulders. And abs. Yesterday I did leg raises with out having to put my hands under my butt. I actually put them behind my head like I was doing crunches. (Looking boss as ****) kinda blew my mind actually. Never though I'd be able to pull that off. So YA strength is up but to say it's the tren or the halo exactly is impossible for me to tell.
So none the less I guess I'm saying personally I think tr3n is a little over hyped. Yes I think it's a good product & yes the results are there & yes I'm actually glad that I added it to this halo run. Just sorta let down a bit after reading all the hype.
 
I am the same way. Just like you said. Not experiencing a libido increase or any strength gains. Top 4 abs coming in more defined and delta and pecs tightening and sculpting nicely. I think your strength gains are from the halo, because my strength went through the roof on halo. I'm doing epi, and not seeing any pros or cons yet and I'm half way done. Strange... The night sweats have been minimal but I will say, there is an energy surge when I do apply the tren. It isn't huge, it's comparable to a cup of coffee. But I do agree, overhyped.

Also a update from earlier, I picked this up earlier today & man does this taste like garbage. Mixes horribly. & there's some sort of hard chunks in the drink. Not just unmixed protein but like hard crunchy chunks or something. & there's a lot of them.
Also, all the info on the front is per 4 scoops which I think is pretty extreme.
Hopefully it helps me gain a little with this cycle, I know I'm not getting the right amount of calories
