In new abe do you guys dose exactly in direction bottle? 2caps with meals. Or can i take the other serving before workout? Just like the og anabeta?

Just like bolt said, you can do it either way. I tend to still do the pre before my workout with High Volume and the other 2 capsules after with a meal.

I personally do 1 cap pre workout with 50mg additional forskolin 95, then 2 caps with post workout meal, then 1 cap later in the day with another meal.

For regular anabeta I do the same but use 100mg forskolin alongside
 
How would one structure ABE dosing if 80% of daily caloric intake on training days comes in a 3 hour window post-workout? Would 4 caps of ABE in such a short time frame reduce overall effectiveness?

Just do 2 pre and 2 post.
 
2 preworkout even if I lift fasted? Save for 24g of fat from SL. Workouts are ~2 hours long

You could do that. Or do 2 post-workout and 2 with next meal.
 
Newest formulation of ABE does not appear to contain (5-Androsten-3b,7b-diol-17-1)

Is this newest formulation still any good?
 
Why technically speaking?

Search Lodhra extract and Eleutherococcus senticosus aka Siberian ginseng. Or go to PES subsection and read up on the additions that replaced the cortisol control ingredient. On my phone and don't have time to describe both or I would :)

I'll finish my PCT on 18th of Feb, I've been on var+proviron+dermacrine for 10 weeks finishing the last 2 at 130mg var a day, just a simple cycle, my first one indeed.

No SERM? I know var is mild but I would still use a SERM. Your stack will help you keep your gains during PCT so that is useful.
 
I've been using NOLVADEX and erase pro along with lots of supplements till today, today was the last day of Nolvadex, I'll continue PCT supplements without Nolvadex till 18th of feb then start OCT with the mentioned supplements above.
I did 40/40/40/40/20 with Nolvadex tho.

What is OCT?.

Off Cycle Therapy usually performed after a PCT post cycle therapy, always trying to keep the gains and stabilise your body mass and composition
 
Not happening to me :) maybe it's someth related to any other supplement or food you eating?
 
Is there any point to taking ABE if I'm on maintenance cals, or slightly above, and only looking to add pure LBM (i.e. near zero fat gain)? I'm fascinated by this product but don't want to waste it if I'm not bulking atm.

You can use it - if everything else is "right" for you and in play, then supplements can make some difference in results. That said, you're generally/usually not really going to gain ANYthing if you're only doing "Maintenance" right now - although one could be using "Maintenance" calories and adjusting training or cycling things to get interesting results.

Yes it would be beneficial in that situation. Forskolin has shown fat mitigating (or decreased fat gain) effects in caloric surplus. The additional benefits on cAMP (boosting Forskolins benefits) from the Lodhra Bark should help in that regard as well. The other ingredients will also play a role in that as well, but at the very least those two are already helping. ;)

is this a metabolite of DHEA? could this affect my Testosterone levels in a good or bad way? I mean, maybe taking it will make my T levels go down once stopped? I am just wondering since I read a lot of info related to this... I am a bit confused.... I knew that this was supposed to help with cortisol levels tho.

Its basically 7-keto dhea. Its does not effect Testosterone levels. Its main effects is cortisol control.
