Squat 5/3/1 felt pretty good, except ankle was bothering me.
Lunges 10, 5, 5 - went heavier and am feeling it today for sure!
Hack Squats - 10, 5, 5, 5, - went heaviest I have ever gone
Knee started bothering me then so I quit
Overall decent workout, not the most volume but heavier and I am freaking sore today.
Once again, no school for me today because of how cold it is I guess. First time for everything!
