Dave's Newest bulk into cut for show. AAS, SLIN and GH

So right now I'm just running 500mg test ew, 100mg npp eod and 6iu of GH. I'm debating on how I'm gunna run my official bulk. Guess I will figure out in here with you guys then start my new thread. Oh yeah FYI I brew all my own gear now, have been for a few months. So once I figure what I wanna run I will order and brew my cycle. I'm thinking....

GHRH/GHRP combo 3x ed

The hard part is do I want to run EQ or Deca. The bulk will be 14 weeks not including a 1 week front load of all esters. EQ would be run at 800-1g and deca at around 400-600mg ew.

Give me thoughts, ideas. I'm set on my part 1 I'm just wondering what you bros think on my 2nd AAS compound?

I ran EQ at 900 test 750 and deca 600 for a bit over the fall until I switched to gods piss from deca. It was pretty sick. I enjoyed the hell out of it.
 
Dave how's ur appetite normally? If it's high I would do the deca

Yeah it's pretty good. I can hit 4500 cals pretty easy but it's not all clean. Done days my appetite tanks but 6 out of 7 days I can eat like a holocaust victim at a buffet. Once I bring in peptides and slin I don't think I will have a problem
 
I loved deca versus EQ but I'm an angry, crazy, emotional, loose cannon, so EQ only made that shiz worse. Bad anxiety. Lol

I was a big wet monster with really lubed joints. ;)

I still stand by my toggling approach. Going from cutting to bulking alone creates an opportunity for huge growth and improvement while staying lean.

After my two contests, I packed on 15-20lbs of mass with little effort and therapeutic levels of androgens in about 4 weeks.

Just commit to hard cuts for 4-8 weeks at a time and toggle back to a caloric surplus with heavy carbs. Seriously, this is the secret to how bodybuilders get so big and lean over time. Just competing by default leads to this result.

I agree the rebound after a cut will give great results and maintain a lean physique. But I have been maintaining for the last few months while I move and transition into a new job. I'm finally at the point I can dedicate a good diet and consistent training. I don't have a hard time staying lean. I will be burst dieting and cycling after my "bulk". My next show will be October/November so I have 10 months. That's 3 months of bulk and about 4 for my prep. That leaves me a 3 month prime window to fit two 6 week "burst" diet cycles leading into my prep. My coach and I will be setting it so I grow into my show like the last 4 I did. I agree with your theory but because of the amount of time I have a good 12-14 week bulk makes the most sense in the front.
 
I know it's really not a lot in the big picture, but if you can grow off 1.5g of AAS w/ the slin/gh/peps why bother going as high as 2g? You know a surplus and the slin will have you stacking on mass like a boss regardless, so seems like a bulk would be the time to keep the blast as moderate as possible. Don't make it harder than it needs to be. Gettin' fed = growth/recovery.

Yeah that's my take. I use a lot less on bulk than I do cutting. This is purely for bodybuilding purposes though, as losing even an ounce of muscle is unacceptable.

I agree. The amount of AAS I use to drop fat and keep muscle in a cut is way more than a bulk. The reason the AAS is like that with the slin and GH is so that my body can put the amount of calories away in the right spots. I'm honestly not using enough peps/GH/slin to give massive growth. Will it make me grow? Yes. But mainly it's too keep fat off and help shuttle food while keeping tendons, ligaments and joint health up. The AAS is increasing muscle recovery and boosting protein synthesis.

I would rather diet down with moderate tren/test and an oral. Just enough to prevent muscle loss and let diet do the true work.

A cut for a show... Different story. High doses of tren/test/mast/orals/GH with clen,t3 and Lasix. Run it high dose and lift like I hate myself. But you can't achieve real growth like that. That's why my plan appeals a little more to me. It's not all a "new" plan. It's what I did last year. Same plan just critiqued. If I don't like the results next fall then me and the coach are rewriting the plan.
 
Are you leaning one way towards either deca or eq, or is it a complete tossup? I'd say do whatever is going to be the most comfy for you.

No it's a toss up. I want to keep the number of AAS compounds down to just 2. Test and either deca or EQ. Sorry should have been more clear. I'm leaning towards EQ right now. Just because of the appetite side. I ran it at 1g my last 16week bulk and loved it. It's similar to primo in the type of gains it gives. Some serious guys I know call it the "poor mans" primo lol. I'm thinking I will keep it simple and run 900mg test and about 750mg EQ and maybe kickstart with drol for fun. I have some drol laying around as well as some extra superdrol. Might use it up just for shiats and giggles. My bloodwork is fine right now so my liver can take it. Also have a vial of boldenone acetate too so I will use that up my first 3 weeks instead of from loading the EQ.

If it's just the one anabolic, I do like EQ once my anxiety fades. I like DECA too but I bloat a bit on it.

It never really gave me anxiety. Although I was short tempered like a mofo. It is worse than tren for me. Tren doesn't really make my temper short or angry but when I do get angry at things that would normally make me mad it takes me forever to cool down haha. Tren gives me the WORST anxiety for the first few weeks tho.

You're a bit leaner than I am, maybe a 1% or two and tighter in the legs. I'm just lettin' myself go these days lol.

Haha I know what you mean man. With work I just focus on getting the calories in no matter what. That was one thing I hear a lot from the judges last year. My quad and hamstring development is way above the level they normally see. They said my hamstrings were national level because of the dominate split and cross striations I had with a rear lat spread leg spiked pose. The only advice they gave me was to come in with a thicker chest, wider back and a bit more thickness to my upper back area.

I suffered a pretty serious leg injury in august and I didn't do legs from august to October (even took it easy in November) to let them both heal. I separated both my shin muscles from my tibia. It was pretty bad and led to fractures in my shins. I'm back at it now on leg days but it gave me time to focus on chest and back more. It was extremely painful to support heavy weight with my legs. BUT nothing high doses of MGF, IGF and GH couldnt fix ;)

Sounds like the injury forced u to focus on what was needed though!

Also, I'm hearing awesome things about BPC 157 and TB500.

I tell ya, thickness isn't my problem past the 170lb mark. (I know, 170lbs is LIGHT). But at 5'5 " I seem to carry 170 like many taller bodybuilders do at 200-220lbs.

I'm currently 175-180lbs and I've had to stop training shoulders altogether in fear of being out of balance with the rest of my upper body. At this point, I'm thick enough that I have terrible flexibility problems. On back days, when I have a pump, I actually have a hard time whiping my butt, lol! Scratching my back also has become a thing of the past...

Anyways, good luck to ya. While I don't dabble in the illegal stuff anymore, I highly recommend EQ again even though I haven't run DECA.

I do know that DECA is better for mass acquisition but sometimes starting off tight and hard is more important going into a cut for a show.

I laughed at him and told him I'm going for another 20lbs. I am mitigating g the problem but I will always have shin splints for the rest of my life. They have come and gone since HS

Bike is best anyways especially pre/post leg workouts as this exercise is exclusively a concentric motion 100% of the time. It aids in recovery rather than breaking down the muscle more.

I used to hate the bike as I felt like it was only half a motion but fell in love with it when I tore my hamstring this summer and it was all I could do.

Do the Marines allow profiles and walking as an alternate event? When I have drill there are Marines there running like gazelles and then you have my medical Army unit walking smoking and chatting. The Marines are laughing at us but I'm not in the walking group, yet.

Haha no we run bro. No excuses. I'm expected to run like the rest. I just don't care. They don't complain to me too much. I tell them I'm 220lbs and only 5'8" they can suck it. I can carry more weight farther than them so what's the problem? When was the last time a Marine ran into combat wearing short and a Tshirt? NEVER! It's always in full cammies, boots, gun and 80+ pounds of stupid sh*t. I refuse to bend to their little person mentality.

OR... Just not do stupid cardio while I bulk :) when I start cutting yes it will be all low impact cardio and sprints. Sprints don't bother me, it's the 3+ mile runs on asphalt

Great! I use 20mg cialis about an hour before I lift.

interesting thought. May start doing that. Haven't used it much honestly but that'd be nice on arms and delts day. Trying to get more arm and shoulders. Need to start stretching shirts.
 
Get some potassium nitrate and alternate between that and Cialis.

I only use 6mg of Cialis about E3D. That together with cardio seems to keep blood pressure lower too which is vital to long term health.

I like taking a little Viagra with a little cialis personally. And **** for "cardio" I started doing about ten min walking on the treadmill and then either abs or calves for about a half hour at a fast fckn pace so my heart rate stays very high and I've been staying really lean, the amount of sex I have hasn't changed. Hardwork I love ur mentality as always haha

no really funny war stories I can think of BUT I am a recruiter now and the stupid sh*t I see kids do is biblical.

So I'm at this school that is lower class and can be rough with gangs, drugs etc. I go the weight lifting class in the morning and catch a workout with the kids. Afterwards I'm in the locker room and talking to a few wrestlers on the team I help coach. I hear noise behind me and these two little gangbangers are picking on a kid sitting down trying to get him to fight. One of the bangers punches the kid. The "defendant" gets up and they starts brawling the one kid. All the kids swarm around and I'm like "sweet! Gunna watch a fight!". (Now I'm not allowed to step in by the homosexual BS policy set in place by the simple minded hippie dbags that work for public schools) so I decide to watch. Well the "defendant" takes the other kid to the ground and starts wailing on his face. I'm like "fuk, I can't be here and watch this kid get put in a coma" so I make the decision to break it up. I barrel through the group of kids swarming and part them like Moses parted the Red Sea. I grab the kid on top (who I thought weighed more than he did) and grabbed him with one hand and tossed him ass over tea kettle into a bunch of kids knocking them all over. The banger gets up and try's to push me out if the way. I grab his scrawny drug peddling ass and slam him up against the lockers with one arm and his feet are all dangling and kicking lol. His "brother" or whatever comes up and bows up on me like his 120lb ass is gunna stop me. He's all "get your hands of my brother", Me- "fuk you get away from me", him- "get your hands off my bro or I will do something", me- "what's your scrawny ass gunna do? I got an easy 100lbs on you punk. I'm no teacher or student I'm a Marine Recruiter. Now go sit your ass down before you get hurt". This kid and his brothers face were PRICELESS. I thought he was gunna cry. I threw his brother into him and they fell over and I told them to get out of my sight and told all the kids to go to class. Ends up I stepped between two gangs fighting over.. Get this... FUKIN shoes! Wtf is wrong with kids?? I told the cops on the campus and the two kids got arrested, cuffed and taken to jail lol. The cops made them sit in front of me while I wrote my statement and the kid I held against the locker said he had never seen me. The cop was like "I'm pretty sure you remember this gorilla throwing you against a locker, I heard you were gunna cry" all the cops laughed at him and the kid stfu and say there silent with a kicked puppy dog look on his face.

I'm telling you kids are literally getting dumber by the day.
