I ran EQ at 900 test 750 and deca 600 for a bit over the fall until I switched to gods piss from deca. It was pretty sick. I enjoyed the hell out of it.So right now I'm just running 500mg test ew, 100mg npp eod and 6iu of GH. I'm debating on how I'm gunna run my official bulk. Guess I will figure out in here with you guys then start my new thread. Oh yeah FYI I brew all my own gear now, have been for a few months. So once I figure what I wanna run I will order and brew my cycle. I'm thinking.... 1gram test 6iu GH GHRH/GHRP combo 3x ed Slin The hard part is do I want to run EQ or Deca. I still stand by my toggling approach. Going from cutting to bulking alone creates an opportunity for huge growth and improvement while staying lean. After my two contests, I packed on 15-20lbs of mass with little effort and therapeutic levels of androgens in about 4 weeks. Just commit to hard cuts for 4-8 weeks at a time and toggle back to a caloric surplus with heavy carbs. Seriously, this is the secret to how bodybuilders get so big and lean over time. Just competing by default leads to this result.
I know it's really not a lot in the big picture, but if you can grow off 1.5g of AAS w/ the slin/gh/peps why bother going as high as 2g? You know a surplus and the slin will have you stacking on mass like a boss regardless, so seems like a bulk would be the time to keep the blast as moderate as possible. Don't make it harder than it needs to be. Gettin' fed = growth/recovery.

No it's a toss up. I want to keep the number of AAS compounds down to just 2. Test and either deca or EQ. Sorry should have been more clear. I'm leaning towards EQ right now. Just because of the appetite side. I ran it at 1g my last 16week bulk and loved it. It's similar to primo in the type of gains it gives. Some serious guys I know call it the "poor mans" primo lol. I'm thinking I will keep it simple and run 900mg test and about 750mg EQ and maybe kickstart with drol for fun. I have some drol laying around as well as some extra superdrol. Might use it up just for shiats and giggles. My bloodwork is fine right now so my liver can take it. Also have a vial of boldenone acetate too so I will use that up my first 3 weeks instead of from loading the EQ.I thought he meant using both in combination?

It never really gave me anxiety. Although I was short tempered like a mofo. It is worse than tren for me. Tren doesn't really make my temper short or angry but when I do get angry at things that would normally make me mad it takes me forever to cool down haha. Tren gives me the WORST anxiety for the first few weeks tho.If it's just the one anabolic, I do like EQ once my anxiety fades. I like DECA too but I bloat a bit on it.
From a few weeks ago. Lost my definition but I feel like I'm holding size. I'm a fuking ox in the gym, can't wait to run higher dose test.

I like the shape of ur quads. Look good man! You're a bit leaner than I am, maybe a 1% or two and tighter in the legs. I'm just lettin' myself go these days lol.
Haha I know what you mean man. With work I just focus on getting the calories in no matter what. That was one thing I hear a lot from the judges last year. My quad and hamstring development is way above the level they normally see. They said my hamstrings were national level because of the dominate split and cross striations I had with a rear lat spread leg spiked pose. The only advice they gave me was to come in with a thicker chest, wider back and a bit more thickness to my upper back area.
I suffered a pretty serious leg injury in august and I didn't do legs from august to October (even took it easy in November) to let them both heal. I separated both my shin muscles from my tibia. It was pretty bad and led to fractures in my shins. I'm back at it now on leg days but it gave me time to focus on chest and back more. It was extremely painful to support heavy weight with my legs. BUT nothing high doses of MGF, IGF and GH couldnt fix![]()

Running. The constant impact caused shin splints that carried into fractures and eventually the muscle separated. The doc told me I was to heavy for my frame and I should lose weight so I can heal. I laughed at him and told him I'm going for another 20lbs. I am mitigating g the problem but I will always have shin splints for the rest of my life. They have come and gone since HS

Bike is best anyways especially pre/post leg workouts as this exercise is exclusively a concentric motion 100% of the time. It aids in recovery rather than breaking down the muscle more.

Do the Marines allow profiles and walking as an alternate event? When I have drill there are Marines there running like gazelles and then you have my medical Army unit walking smoking and chatting. The Marines are laughing at us but I'm not in the walking group, yet.

Get some potassium nitrate and alternate between that and Cialis.
I only use 6mg of Cialis about E3D. That together with cardio seems to keep blood pressure lower too which is vital to long term health.
