I did get one semi kinda sorta maybe working set in but not really lol. Rotator cuff prehab Flat bb bench Flat db fly Standing db fly Pec deck Rope pushdown Single hand cable extension Overhead db extension 15 min LISS Flat bench I did 225 for twelve just to see how the rest has treated me. Felt like I could have pushed out another six at least. Getting close to cranking it back up.

Yep very boring indeed. Between the new people and my joints sounding like pop rocks it was time. I haven't had a break of any kind since last May. That's about when I started prep for the show and kept going till now.Well, not for him, but I see where you're going with this. It's all relative. When "slacking" becomes comfortable it's time to get back in gear , no matter the strategy, so I went back to work today. And back was the target of destruction. Close grip pulldown 230x10 240x10 250x10 250x9 Low cable row close grip 260(stack and two added plates)x10-8x4 Db rows 120'sx8 130'sx8 150'sx8x2 I actually needed more weight.......That's as high as we gots Single arm cable rows 130x12x4 Two handed mid row neutral grip 150x25-20x3 Reverse grip pull up 30 total reps Pile the weight on boys! Bout to go HAAM for the foreseeable future!
Loop a mini band around that db and your feet/a bench/another db or weight on the floor and I promise you'll find the extra resistance you're looking for
