I believe the most important thing it is no only improving insulin sensitivity, also only improve on muscle receptors. I see for opposes the fat storing effects of insulin you use momordin. Other supp use bergenin. Do you believe your product is possible improve the opposite effect of insulin in improving sensitivity on fat cell receptors or momordin is enough?.

It's not as much side effects as it is your body not "liking" any pathway disabled for too long. Nature, uh, finds a way.How long should defuse be used? And if going further than what u say what should we expect side wise?

It's not as much side effects as it is your body not "liking" any pathway disabled for too long. Nature, uh, finds a way. Defuse for too long would result in your body finding other compensatory ways of clearing fatty acids, as well as most likely a rebound effect. For those that hit me directly with this question, I recommended 1-2 caps 1-2 times a day if you are going to go longer term. This will still reduce fat storage, but not a huge cripple like the full dosage is designed for.
