Title says it all. I have access to all 3. Which would you pick and why and at what dose. Main concern is strength for a competitive powerlifter.
Sd! Msten is second choice.

SD or M1A, M-Sten is the weakest out of those 3. SD if you might have problems staying in your weight class. M1A bloats you more.
That's why M1A was my last choice lol

Bro, I did SD for my first meet and it took me 9 months to PR over my SD numbers. Stuff is legit. I did go from 217 to 235 though, so you will have to watch your weight closely.
Well just about all Msten available is contaminated with SD so get whatever is the cheapest. M1A is great for a short blast but 4 weeks is a max

Eat everything, like always. It's not like you'll gain 15lbs on accident.
I already have some ol msten but was unimpressed at 15mg a day for 2 weeks. So i dropped it bc i did nothing for my current strength levels.
