I think it will be ok.. u probably could have forgot half those sets and got better results than most trainers. you sure push hard! awesome stuff.

You can feel 1/3 of a scoop of PWO 4 hours later!?!? Hell I take 2 full scoops and I don't notice anything at all!!! (I'm a bit of a caffeine junkie)

Just when taking it fasted! I took 1 scoop in the past and it was just right but somehow 1/3 a scoop is plenty now! Stimul8 is by far the strongest pwo I've ever taken though! If you take 2 servings topically, then it would be perfect for you!!

Although it's mentally hard, we have to remember the rest does us good! Allows us to come back even harder!...I will be off for almost a week! 0.o Might have to do some pull ups, dips, sprints and such at the local park while traveling! Lol

I was unable to train this morning due to my son waking up at 4:30 throwing up for the 2nd day in a row. He doing much better now though.

Managed to squeeze in a quick 35-45 min workout after work since little man was feeling better! It was a little crowded so I kept loosing my spots when supersetting.

Took 1/2 a scoop on the way to the gym, got there a realized I forgot my bag with my clothes. So, I drove to the house and changed. By the time I got back to the gym I was sooooooo ready to go and get at it! Lol

Merry Christmas everyone! Got in my last workout before our trip. We leave early Friday morning. No throwing up this morning- just sweet good morning cuddles! Oh, if they'd just wouldn't grow up so fast!

Started off with great energy and left utterly exhausted! Felt like I hit the wall multiple times! Pushed through though! There were a lot of guys there today and most of them using the squat racks. So I had to adjust my plan of starting with squats. I went with arms first.

Just wanted to drop in...I hope you all had a very Merry Christmas! We made it to Arkansas to my parents house about 8:30 last night. We will be here until Monday. I already feel like a fat slob! Lol Diet is pretty much out the window- just going to enjoy myself without going crazy. I'll hit it hard once we get back to town.

Funny thing, last night my mom asked "so why are you deadlifting 145lbs?" Me- "it was actually 205lbs" Lil sis "well, I think it's cool" Mom- "you're going to hurt yourself" me- "no, Mom, if I do it right I won't hurt myself! It will actually strengthen the muscles so I don't hurt myself doing every day things"

Gotta love all of the conversations about the "odd" life we live! Lol Both of my parents are young but have poor health- that is one of my biggest motivations to push harder!!

Thanks Rocket! I'm back home and will be back at the gym tomorrow! Can't wait!! I planned on doing some fun training with the kids/little cousins while on our trip but it RAINED EVERY DAY!! :( So while we were stuck inside, we had a sit up and push-up contest! Haha Then on the way back, we stay at a hotel with an indoor water park. Got plenty of stair climbing in as we rode the slides over and over and over! It was a blast!

Haha thanks Rocket! He was actually telling me tI keep up the great work...he sat down on the bench beside me asking if I was a powerlifter and talking about our progress. He does strong man competitions. I was very nervous squatting beside him as he watched ever move very closely! He was squatting over 400 at one point.
