Legs

Trained at the athletics gym in between classes.

Usually I'm the only one there, but today I had some great company.

A sprinter who has been to the olympics twice was working out there.

Very nice down to earth guy, had a nice talk and it was very cool to watch him working out. Very explosive training.

Anyway, this was my training:

Leg extensions
3 warm up sets
2 working sets

Squats

Leg extensions

Leg presses
3 sets

Seated calf raise
3 sets

Standing calf raise
3 sets

But blaster
3 sets

Knee is weak:( , but my legs are sore as we speak;)

Thinking of stretching more often. Have to try and relax the musc. Popliteus.

Damn muscle has ruined my leg work outs and my leg mass for far too long.
 
Sounds like a really neat experience to meet him! Great workout especially with the trouble you have with your knees!

Bought 2 bottles of ep15tane for my buddy. He gained a **** load of muscle last time.
Had to buy it for him...30% off is ok I guess. Damn ban.

I changed my game plan.(for now) Cycle starts beginning of Februari....guess what I'm getting? Uhm buying...

Good old SD...have some tr3st to go along side it.

Other stuff I have lying around is some dianabol(not a lot 80caps x 5mg), some winstrol, 4 bottles of Diabolix(got them cheap, why not, lol)

Ate a **** load of food the last few days....guess I'm bulking. Lol

Last night was a complete nightmare. My little girl is sick.

Woke up every hour, and was out of bed at 5.30:(

Today was pretty rough too. Hope she has a good nights sleep and is back to her lovely self again.
 
Aww man!! Nothing better for her though than Daddy being there. Both my girls just getting over being sick too. Sucks

Really sucks...but like you said...daddy is here.

(The past week she has mastered the word papa... Daddy,..... I'm so proud)
 
Pfff....this waking up every hour is killing me.

Not used to it.

The past 2 weeks her sleeping pattern has been off. Ending up between mom and dad most of the time.

Hope she gets back to her original sleeping pattern soon.

Not going to be or want to be one of those parents who's children always sleep between their parents.

Friend of mine has 2 every night lying in between. One is almost 6.
 
I feel for you brother. I remember those days of sickness and lack of sleep. I sure hope she gets better soon. My view on sleeping with Mom/Dad is this should be allowed only when sick. Once the sickness passes then it's back to their own bed. My son cried for hours some nights getting used to sleeping in his own bed. It's heart wrenching but it's best for their own independence and character building IMHO.

Almost 22.00. Finally she is asleep.

Although she's sick she's clearly trying to stay in our bed.

Had to be tough...and it broke my heart...but she's sleeping. Hoping for a good nights rest. For her sake and ours;)

I'm so tired right now....

2 daddy days straight ...crying all the time:(

Not eating and not really eating...the doc said she just has to sit this out, but it sucks. Especially that she is not really drinking...tried every trick.

Hope she gets well soon...this is really killing me.

Cancelled my work out for today.
 
Jello water and Pedialite. Rice with sugar if she likes rice. Aw, poor little girl!
 
I feel for you Ed!! Try to sleep when she naps.. My family doctor doesn't like to give antibiotics but after 3-4 day I call and scream and I get a script!! Lol

She only naps for 40min:(

Better than nothing....think she also getting a whole new set of teeth...she was pretty late with her first tooth, so now she getting a whole bunch of them.

Positive note: she seems more happy today! Yeah buddy!!!
 
For teething problems we used to freeze a Baby Biscuit and let my son have it to "bite" on. Wrap a wet washcloth around an ice cube and let her bite on that as well. Both allow cold to numb the pain and have something to bite on to help with the teeth coming through the gums.
