Pics don't show like I wanted but I can really see the shape of my back changing even when relaxed! Just gotta get a little leaner and grow my wings!! :)

You need a better camera but the detail in your back is getting quite impressive. You have lots of nice thick mass back there and even your lower lats are developed and separating from your lower lats. Impressive stuff there KitKatt!

Well, today I was going to do Tabata but one of the guys came up beside me while I was warming up on the treadmill. He ended up talking to me for an extra 10 minutes. So, I decided to do intervals for those 15 minutes and then do sprints once he left. While I was doing sprints, another guy came up and started talking to me. Haha Oh well, time flew by and I had a great run! Went downstairs for a bb complex, chin ups, and abs! Great start to the day!!

Hmmmmm. I lost 40 lbs after me and the wife got together and she told me I was bigger than we met but that was a different kind of bigger. Definitely no sad faces there. :)
