DMA Does DMZ Demigod Style (unsponsored)

I've never cut in my life because I stay freaking cut no matter what, its almost impossible for me to "bulk up" cause I stay cut the whole time, so honestly all the bulk I gain is 98% lean like right now this bulk im gaining I feel even more solid then I have in my life just about, its crazy! I also hate it cause just as soon as I gain some good size, my weight drops slowly if I don't continue eating everything in the house and consistently hit the gym minimum 3 days a week for an hour or more... its a curse but at the same time people always tell me they wish they could be that way instead of blowing up all time,,

Well these are all I got. This is 205. 18 pound increase. Larger everywhere. 6 pack gone unflexed. But not worried about it. My lats are wider, my traps are not only higher, but thicker in the back. Got more mass in the middle of my back and rear delts. When I do cut, these things are going to pop.If I tried to get back to the same BF I was at, my rough estimate is 8 pounds lean mass gained. Not bad considering I didn't really up the calories until like 3 weeks ago. Was pretty conservative the first month.

Workout today was fulfilling. Woke up knowing this was my last day to get it!!

Flat Bench:
Worked up to max attempt, 95, 135, 185, 225 a few reps each.
305 x 1
315 failed

Standing OHP Behind Neck:
95 x 10
115 x 8
135 x 6
145 x 5 PR
145 x 4

Incline DB Press:
65's x 8 x 3 sets

HS Wide Press:
70 on each side drop to 35 to failure w/ half reps x 3 sets

DB Shrugs working up to 120's x 12

Seated DB Shoulder Press / DB Side Raises Super Set x 3 rotations light weight

So I almost matched my PR on Bench. 305 went up pretty easy, but couldn't get 315 out of the hole. Overall it's a 30 pound increase from the start to finish of this cycle.

Just started doing Standing OHP, so I have no prior weight to compare it to, but each workout they has progressively gone up in weight.

Deadlift increased by at least 30 pounds. I would say more like 50. I could have pulled more than that last max attempt. It saddens me that this strain in my side is putting them to a halt. They are my favorite exercise. Nothing makes you feel as powerful as heavy deads.

Every power rowing move is stronger, making every lighter rowing movement better and easier. Pendlay Rows are up 30 pounds for a set of 5. Started at 205 x 5, now at 235 x 5. Just started doing Kroc Rows a couple months ago, but they also are progressively getting heavier with eack workout. Without looking back, think I'm using the 120's for 6.

Broke a Squat PR on this cycle. I don't do heavy squats regularly so they don't progress as fast. Without looking back I believe I got 365 x 2. Just started doing Front Squats and they are also getting progressively stronger.

Basically I am stronger at everything, majorly. DMZ is the shiit to put it simply. The aggression and focus in the gym is fantastic. The vascularity is ridiculous.

The sides are definitely there to deal with. Mostly BP for me. Pretty much from like day 2. But I deal with it. Affects my sleep bad. So I will be glad to give the ole heart a break and sleep without an aid. I would definitely recommend adding more BP support supps than what CEL Cycle Assist has in it. I believe the Dermacrine kept the lethargy away but did not help libido one bit. I could have cared less about sex. Only did it when my wife instigated it, where as normally if she looks at me funny I'm pulling her in the bedroom!! So, I will be glad to get my boys back!!!

Comparing the 2 DMZ's I used, well they are pretty much the same. But the 20mg per cap in Olympus and 90 caps in a bottle makes it a no-brainer when it comes to value. LGI is 15mg per cap, 75 per bottle. And 20mg per cap made it easier to get a 40mg pwo dose, and then only take 20mg the other part of the day to be at 60. With the LGI to be at 60, had to split it 30 and 30 and I feel like that took away the intensity from my workouts.

So it's chill time. Between this and the previous Osta run, I have been "on" for 14 weeks. Made a huge body composition change in that time. Landed me an awesome opportunity to rep for the company that has helped me do it all.

I will update once or twice a week through pct to keep a check on weight and strength. Planning a run of some natural products for the first part of the new year. Will probably at some point start an on-going training/supplementation log, but for now want a break from it. Going to keep adding some mass hopefully with those other products and get my mind right for cutting cycle and season.

You look great bro! stay strong wood! Stride with Pride and keep strong going into that PCT, hit it twice as hard and make it well worth it, I tihkn you could probably gain more or turn the softer muscle into leaner muscle, im always glad to see another good guy kickin A** and at their best in top form!

As a TCU fan, I'm curious what your argument would be to have them in over Baylor? Keep in mind, I think both Baylor and TCU are currently better football teams than FSU.

well... What I told my friends... Is that they beat us fair and square..
So my argument would just be it was a one play win against us. If you ask me, both are great teams and got the short end of the stick. But owell we still at least both get to share the big 12 champions title.

Thinking X-Gels and either DermaStrength or Ep1c. Along with Conqu3r and Vital1ty to melt the weights!!!
I've used dermastrength, ep1c, and conqu3r, but not the others. After my last cycle of Epi/Tren I lost a lot of the strength I gained from cycle, but DermaStrength brought it right back up! Ep1c did nothing for me, a lot of people have great results from it.

I'm leaning more towards the DS. There is just one con to using it with ArA. Laxogenin is anti-inflammatory. But dosing it far enough away from the PWO dose of ArA should make it ok.
When I used Ep1c before, I believe it was in the wrong context. Was in a calorie deficit doing volume work. Feel like it would shine in a surplus training for strength. Which I did gain strength for volume. I do feel like it improved endurance and recovery during my run. And I know it was doing something because the DOMS were awesome.

Hmmmm, when I used Ep1c I was in a deficit too, maybe that's why I got nothing out of it.
 
I have used LGI: SecretaBridge, Xcel Sports Nutrition: Natural Strength M-1 Alpha Male and Blackstone Labs Anogenin. I really liked Xcel Sports Nutrition's product

In case you weren't aware, be sure and take your DermaStrength several hours away from the X-Gels, which means none pre workout. Laxogenin is anti inflammatory which would lessen the effects of the X-Gels.

Quick question, whats the fuss about these x-gels? I've never dealt with the Arachidonic Acid, I'm real weary of supplements only containing one ingredient if im talking the same ones you guy are using, theres just so many out there that praise one ingredient but only few that do anything, so I would appreciate some feedback on this cause if it does what they claim then I would definitely be on the xgel train as well! lol thanks guys!

I've never used them but all you have to do is go over to the supplement forum to read some feedback. And the science backing them is pretty solid. Just google search arachidonic acid and that will gIve you a ton of stuff to read. There's a whole science behind other supplements to take with it to optimize it as well. Like LCLT or ALCAR, GMS, even aspirin. As well as stuff to avoid.
