2New Topicals Lots of opportunity (Ironflex logging Ops!)

I would like to have all my family healthy and together...I know it might sound corny but that used to be the way it always was (I was fortunate enough to be raised in a loving and solid household ). However for the last half a decade or so things have been very trying(sick family member). Soo yeah that's all I want:-)
 
Laxabolic sounds very promising. I'm quite interested in this and epicatechin products that seem to be two supps with some of the best potential aside from ARA at the moment. With the strength and size promised, I can very thoroughly attribute any gains to a supplement due to my strict regiment.

79.1kg (Body Fat?)

Training experience: 10 years, 1 year powerlifting, 2 years bodybuilding/competing

Currently running a modified 2x 5/3/1 for the past year.
I'm combining a Serge Nubret 6 day ABC ABC template with my 5/3/1 2x method.

Thus, the week is as follows:
Monday - Quads (high bar narrow stance)/Chest + calves
Tuesday - Back/Hamstrings (sumo deadlift) + abs
Wednesday -Arms/Shoulders + calves
Thursday - Quads (low bar wide stance)/Chest + abs
Friday - Back/Hamstrings (conventional deadlift) + calves
Saturday -Arms/Shoulders + abs
Sunday - Rest, thank god.

Deads and squats were already doubled. Now doubling bench/OHP.

Hypertrophy work is 4-5 exercises 6-8 sets of 12 reps.
Normal session 2.5-3 hours.
500-800 cal surplus above 2500. Landmark goals of 200-250g protein and the rest to carbs and fats depending on the workout of the day.
No cardio.

5/3/1 set at:
Squat: 180kg
Deadlift: 180kg
Bench: 147kg
OHP: 95kg

his pic is on Dec 1 also I'm a male I'm 32 yrs old 5'7" and train hard 5days a week and cardio 2days I'm taking amino energy,creatine,b12 vitamin and fish oil all daily I've been lifting for just about 8 months I would be grateful and very truthful with my review as I want to start doing this regularly
