I have not used any of your products before. I've only been lifting weights since January so my experience with supplements is somewhat limited. However, I am always up to try something new if I believe the benefits are worth the risk. In this case, I believe this is true.
4.) Would you be willing to update your log at least 4 times a week?
I would be able to update the log I will start daily. The program I am currently on calls for weightlifting 3 days a week. I am doing cardio the other two and taking two days off, back to back.
5.) What else would you intend to use while logging this product?
I am on HMB, e-ripper, dhea, creatine, protein and a pwo.
6.) Nutrition - Are you eating for bulk, recomp, or cutting?
Bulk. I am on a meal plan that calls for 3500 calories a day.
7.) Do you agree to give a fair product evaluation weekly and at the end of the log?
I do. To me, especially with what takes place in the gym and in my body, an honest evaluation is the only way to go. In order for other people to determine if the product is right for them, I have to be able to provide an unbiased opinion.
8.) Please state your training style.
My training style consists of both olympic style lifts and HIIT. I like to employ a little of both because I like the results each one brings. My goal has always been to find the precise amount of volume, frequency, and intensity that will allow me to reach my goals with maximum efficiency and minimum down-time.
9.) Can you post before/after photos?
Yes. I always take before and after photos in conjunction with each training program I begin.
