First impressions (green apple):
Mixability: 5/5, surprised how well it mixed with all the ingredients, nothing settled at the bottom
Taste: 2/5, had high hopes here but this tastes pretty bad, it's drinkable but not enjoyable
Energy: 5/5, within 10 minutes and you're in the zone, rush of energy (borderline jittery for me) that lasts, it's 6 hours later and i'm still feeling good
Endurance: 5/5, very little rest needed in between sets
Pump: 5/5, amazing pump, veins popping out everywhere
Strength: 4/5, able to do extra reps on every lift

I'd rate energy/endurance/pump even higher if it was possible. I've used lots and lots of pre-workout supps and I am very, very impressed with conquer.

i guess i was expecting something sweet like green apple torrent. this has a similar taste to naked juice green machine. i might get used to the taste after a few more times.

i would try 6-8oz for the apple.

So I just received vitality mighty mango, and it is the best tasting thing I have ever tasted. Due to the product being needed to take daily to gauge its true effectiveness, I can only judge the taste and mixability both of which are 10/10

That's the Amentoflavone you're tasting. It's a good thing you taste it. It's the highest dose on the market

Second run with Conqu3r/Vital1ty today with OHP. Short and fast workout due to Conqu3r, IMO

I did 6 sets of OHP, top set of 5+ was 115 and I got it for 8 reps. I might have gotten 9, but my delts and traps were a bit too pumped, LOL.

Also did some DB Hammer Curls (3 X 10) and Face Pulls (3 X 10). In and out in about 30 minutes.

I really like the Green Apple taste so far. I mix my Vital1ty and Conqu3r together, and I can't even taste the Mango. I love the Green Apple, and I'm guessing the slightly bitter undertone is due to the Amento.

On off days, I use just the Vital1ty, and the Mango taste is mellow and refreshing.

Both products have some settling, which is to be expected with a product with so many actives (including GMS), but nothing a few swishes won't take care of. I will provide a more in-depth impression after the full tub of both. I can say that Conqu3r is a definite mood and energy booster for me.

So heres my initial thought on conqu3r after two workouts, one fed and fasted this
Morning. Im not keen on doing a details review until I use through my whole workout cycle, but so far:

Focus is the clear standout with this pwo, gives you clear headed dialled in focus, would compare to a nootropic like focus rather than autistic lazer focus you get from craze or high dosed dmaa. I am really fond of this.

Energy is as expected, higenamine with caffeine gives that smooth non dirty energy, compare it to about a scoop and a half of alphamine energy wise, Which IMO is perfect.

Endurance was good both workouts, got through both my strength days with plenty left in the tank.

Strength on par with previous workouts, i am cutting though.

Pump was decent but will wait to form a view after my high volume days.

All in all, is as expected from what is in the formula, great job OL.
