I know I'm about to get pimped and everything but I mean oh well.

my big bro is about to turn 30 this year and he's like just get me whatever works, so I only take the same stuff everytime I go shopping so I ask of YALL to pimp me a good stack probably something for 2 months.

He's a good size for somebody who's only natural. Quite stocky at 5' 9" and 193 with around 12-14 bodyfat. He likes stimulants, but wants a good pump and like me he loves Nitrates, so a pre workout with nitrates would be something he would like. I was looking into some natural anabolics as well so throw those at me too. Of course my main one to get him is follidrone, but I'm open since I'm on my second bottle and I'm getting the same results I got from 1 dhea high dosed.

TL;dr: pimp nitrate based pre workouts and a natural anabolic stack at me for my bro's big 30.

Do you want a stimmed or non stim pre-workout?

and to echo other recommendations x gels/ara is a great option and not on our natural anabolic list for some reason. so see below if you decide to pick some up.
