Thanks everyone! OHP feels great. I've dialed in a few technical issues and I've really been hitting it hard. Nearly 1:1 with my bench press. I think it'll stay this way too, I like it.
And reg, you gotta start with the top down. I build almost a "shelf" with my lats to press off of, then a tight core, then glutes (and quads to some degree) contracted. Treat every rep like you're pressing through the ceiling, one of the biggest mistakes on OHP is pressing just hard enough to complete the rep.
