I'm really thinking I do too. I'd say today's set was an RPE 9 so it positions me well for 450 if my technique holds up under the additional load.

With the walkouts, you could even step the weight up to like 475. CWS and Lilly recommend going up to like 105% 1RM on walkouts and reverse band stuff.

Already have the blue compression cuffs. Love them! Tad uncomfortable at first as I ordered a bit small, but they've loosened up to the perfect size.
