Thanks, buddy! Trying to get a little better each week. I love pushing myself

And I'm pretty quiet in your log too, but trust me I read along. You really have to give yourself a pat on the back for the dedication you have. Many your age have long thrown in the towel. Big ups to you, brother.

Looks good dude. Depth was fine. Shoot video from knee height if you want a good look.

Definitely a 450 in you as long as form holds.

I would definitely try and walk the weight out first just to feel it so u don't have an O **** moment like I did the first time I did 440

I'm really thinking I do too. I'd say today's set was an RPE 9 so it positions me well for 450 if my technique holds up under the additional load.

Nice. Have yet to check the vid, but 415x3 RPE 9 checks in at estimated 470 1RM. I would say 460 would be good adjusting for the high rep bias on Wendler's calculator. With the walkouts, you could even step the weight up to like 475. CWS and Lilly recommend going up to like 105% 1RM on walkouts and reverse band stuff.

If it was by my RPE chart it'd be ~465lbs. I think 450 would be a breeze. :D

I like. 475 it is. Always dropping knowledge on me

PRs every week on bench, mannnnn!

Is it meet time yet? Hahaha.

Nice benchin.

Had the most debilitating hamstring cramp last night. Seized up like never before. Legitimately screamed in pain haha. Hurt worse than the two staples I got to in my head without anesthesia

Man those suck don't they and there is almost nothing u can do about it... U have a lot carbs last night I find it happens to me when I have a bunch and not enough water

Yeah, I had went to a Chinese buffet with my team after the meet. Too much food, not enough fluids haha

Lol. That sucks.

Huge Chinese meals make me feel horrible and usually keep me up all night with water cravings.

Great PR LiftAndSwim.

Great PR LiftAndSwim.

Thanks, buddy. Super busy this week so the volume is very low. I need the rest anyway.

Testing my maxes next week. Monday is bench, Tuesday is squat, Wednesday is press (going for a rep PR not a 1RM), and Friday is deadlift.

Goals are as follows:
Bench 335
Squat 450
Press 190x4
Deadlift 505

I may choose to forgo testing my deadlift, we'll see how I'm feeling.

Thanks, guys. I feel like crap in and out of the gym honestly. I'm sick and all the stress of life/finals week is really hitting me hard. I'll do my best though. No fuking excuses.

Christmas list:

Deadlift shoes (sick of deadlifting barefoot, my gym floor is slippery...probably pick up the reebok power shoe)

Reactive slingshot

SBD knee sleeves

Hammy band

Stickum (again, slippery gym floor...can't get enough leg drive on bench anymore)

Am I missing anything??? Open to suggestions.

We got similar Christmas lists. I'm grabbing wrist wraps and slingshot compression bands for my elbows too

Already have the blue compression cuffs. Love them! Tad uncomfortable at first as I ordered a bit small, but they've loosened up to the perfect size.

Great to hear! Been getting some elbow pain pressing lately

I like my Titaniums.

I'm a wrap hater tho....idk when I'll use mine again haha
