10 side plank with knee crunch both sides
30 ski jumps (R/L=1)
20 Walking lunges
10 Bw squats
12 ball pikes
25 8 riser jumps

**repeat for 3 rounds**
Chin ups

** usually use a chair to reach the bars but couldn't find it...so I had to jump! Haha I bet that was fun to watch! Definitely made sure I got full range on every rep!

Yeah it is crazy! I never would've believed increasing my calories would help me loose fat! Lately, I have been gaining weight but it's muscle so I'm cool with that! Means once the fat is gone, I'll have a good amount of muscle! Then we can see where to go from there! Are your fibers really that low? Or do you not track greens?

So far things are going well. I am noticing that I'm hot most of the time especially at night while I'm sleeping. I have also had a pretty steady headache. Not sure if either are caused by the Ostarine or not. I have had times in the past that I'd get hot due to my thyroid issues also headaches, if you haven't noticed, are a pretty common issue with me as well. So, I'm not concerned but just wanted to note it.I am making sure to drink lots of water to make sure it's not dehydration as well!

I am 10 days in at 20mg per day and I have also been hot thru out the day. And I have also had a dull headache for about 4 days now.
Check your blood pressure just to make sure that is not causing the headaches. I did have some headaches when I first started and added in a cycle support and that helped me out. Nice work Kat!! Keep it going![]()

Usually hormonals get my BP up in the first few weeks until my body gets used to extra. Promo items? She'd be perfect for Viagra. Actually I take that back. Who needs Viagra wit dat ass!

I am currently using Stimul8 as my pwo but that's the only stim I'm using. I noticed all of this over the weekend when not using it though.
