It's all good! Let's get down to business...went for lunch conditioning! It kicked my butt!!! Lol Had portobello mushroom pizza and a grilled chicken salad for lunch afterwards!! Yumm!!

Conditioning circuit:
1 min Jump rope
25 v ups
30 mountain climbers
30 sec plank
10 side plank with knee crunch both sides
30 ski jumps (R/L=1)
20 Walking lunges
10 Bw squats
12 ball pikes
25 8 riser jumps
25 v kickouts
30 secs rest
**repeat for 3 rounds**

Chin ups
8, 8, 6
** usually use a chair to reach the bars but couldn't find it...so I had to jump! Haha I bet that was fun to watch! Definitely made sure I got full range on every rep!

No that's fitpals calculation with my calories burned as well! It's dumb that it does that. I don't pay it any attention. Lol My goal on training days is now 200/200/70 no training days is 200/100/70

Lol nope. The goal is to get leaner while adding a little more muscle! I've actually lost inches since starting to add in calories!

That's crazy how that works ain't it! I remember when I bumped up to 3000 and was losing. Had to bump all the way to 3500 just to maintain and bf still was dropping.

Yeah it is crazy! I never would've believed increasing my calories would help me loose fat! Lately, I have been gaining weight but it's muscle so I'm cool with that! Means once the fat is gone, I'll have a good amount of muscle! Then we can see where to go from there! With my friends help on nutrition, I have been progressing faster than ever and I'm excited!!

They were yesterday because I was out of veggies except spinach. Lol But not usually and sugars aren't usually that high either. I was having trouble squeezing all of my carbs in because I got a late start due to being busy at work.

I am currently using Stimul8 as my pwo but that's the only stim I'm using. I noticed all of this over the weekend when not using it though.

i quit taking Ephedrine and I still notice i am warm all day, especially my head. Plus Ive had a dull headache
Ive checked my blood pressure, its 115/73 the other day and usually 110/70, so I don't think its BP related...
