I don't deadlift. I do Sumo deadlifts. Same as I don't do barbell squats. I do hack squats, front squats, and leg press. You have to be smart in how you lift. And, no when to stop.
Stiff legged Deads are my fav!!!!! Great leg session!!
They're a great exercise. Although I prefer GHR over stiff legged deads lol
