Worked tonight and was really sore this morning so I decided to listen to my body and take a second rest day in a row. I'll be at it in the morning for a 50+ sets on shoulders. Looking forward to getting all my new products from LG Sciences. We turn it up a notch next week. Will start my Clen, T3, & Ketotifen and all my new LG Science products: Cutting Andro Kit, GHenerate, IGF-1, BCAA's, EPIC powder, Whey Protein. Looking forward to seeing what kind of progress I can make in next 4 weeks.

Awesome shoulder workout. Love the HS OHP and the HS shrug is just like the one at my gym.

Just starting on deads in general. Never did them much. Im just worried about trying to go to heavy. Have to ruptured discs...don't need two be screwing my back up.

I like db stiff legged hand over bb. I get a better stretch and contraction.

Ruptured disks, I wouldn't even worry about moving weight lol

Recovering isn't the issue, re injuring yourself is. You're ego can be flexed outside of the gym. I'd focus on contractions, and cues while deadlifting more than the weight IF I had injured my back previously.
 
I don't deadlift. I do Sumo deadlifts. Same as I don't do barbell squats. I do hack squats, front squats, and leg press. You have to be smart in how you lift. And, no when to stop.

Stiff legged Deads are my fav!!!!! Great leg session!!
 
If I had a GHR machine I would probably do them. I prefer Romanian Deads to stiff leg and especially if you have a messed up back. You extend yourself farther with stiff legs as to where you let your hips go back and take the weight straight down with the romanians. A much safer lift and more weight can be used while still being safer.
