Hmm, how long has it been bothering you?
About 3 weeks. Thought it was healed up until I did hammer curls about 2 weeks ago and they set them to screaming. A few sets of wide grip bb curls last week bothered them some but the alternating db curls could not even get a rep done.

Did you go real heavy on the hammers?

Upped the MK2866 up to the full 25mg dose this morning. Was pretty impressed with how the LGD treated me, better than my previous Epistane runs ( which maxed out at 75mg)

Well gents, I have pretty much accomplished my goal for this log, got my strength back as well as "get it done" training mindset, think I am going to wrap this puppy up. Thank you all so much for your support, the AM community is certainly my favorite, and people like you are the reason why.
