I have been doing my research on garcinia cambogia and for an 18 year old female like myself I think its a good weightloss supplement now I need some advice on what you all think I'm gunna get green coffee bean extract as well...do you think its a good idea or its just a waste if money (btw its illegal in Australia woohoo)

there are some low and non stim formulas from various companies, but for women I like them to use a alpha yohimbine product as it will have the most profound effect on the stubborn fatty deposits typically found in women. if you don't mind a little stimulation you can try something like PX from finaflex.

When looking at Garcinia products, you should also look at the amount of Hydroxycitric Acid per serving because that's the active part of the plant you want. For green coffee bean extract, look at the amount of Chlorogenic Acid per serving.

honestly the best fat burner is a clean diet and cardio. nothing will beat that. I pill will not make you lose fat. at 18 you metabolism should be sky high

I think the product is BS, personally. The studies and results all seem to come from women that moved to a clean diet and added this in. At 18, don't get into a failing mindset of looking for an easy out because it is only setting yourself up for a difficult road once you understand there is no magic pill.

for every educational step forward this industry takes, there is a Dr. Oz to drag everyone back 3 steps with fictitious misinformation

HCA isn't bunk, but the studies demonstrating effect require either 5g of 50% HCA or conditions in which de novo lipogenesis occurs significantly. Neither of these are entirely feasible
