hit up my back today. feeling pretty beat up from the last few days at work. doesnt really reflect the lift.

pull ups 5x5

bent over row, 8, 8, 8, 6, 3, 3, 3

hs meadows row, 4 sets of 8

deads- cant pull like i normally pull which has been sumo for a while now, hip did NOT appreciate the first rep at 135. did 10 triples at 225 with a conventional stance, just to work form.

ss face pulls, wide neutral pull downs, 4 sets.

My thoughts exactly! Downloaded it the other day; really enjoying The Negative One, Nomadic, and Sarcastrophe. Nothing is ever gonna be as mindlessly fast and brutal the whole way through as their self-titled album (they've matured as artists), but this album is good & shows a lot of the up-and-down intensity Iowa showed. They definitely went back towards their roots.

I have XIX memorized lol....very sad, but I love how instruments/sounds are added throughout until the climax of the song and message is reached.

You burned extra calories on the O/T anyway. The hardest thing about my diet is accounting for my expenditure at work I think.

Then don't that is really just over complicating things. SOme days you do less some days you do more it averages out. If you busted your ass one day and are more hungry then eat a little more. Don't sweat the small stuff unless on a major cut. Even then not really needed.
Absolutely. Some days I'm all over others I'm in the cockpit doing nothing.

So that is what you call it... I just call it playing with my pocket pal... cockpit sounds cooler though. Like Top Gun - Hey Slider, grab the Ice Man, then a Goose in the back & lose that lovin feelin! WAIT What?l

huge pump today. also my first day using HBCD intra. too early to tell but it sweetened my bcaa better than any other carb supps.

When you set up the low back is rounded a lot (I believe I'm similar) but as soon as you take the slack out of the bar you maintain a safe neutral lower back perfectly - literally my only critique is that you appear to be hyperextending slightly at lockout. If so, you don't need to be leaning back in the slightest - just stand fully erect and locked. Leaning back pulled thru too far can cause neck/trap pains and is unnecessary.

Looking good man. If you are hyperextending, don't. Same principle that applies to back extensions on the roman chair applies here.

I've always pulled my shoulders back at the top. I don't think I hyperextended at the hip... I'll grab a vid of deficits next week that track a a little more than half of me.

Whatever you are doing is working well. Traps, Lats and glutes are Swoll!
