hit up my back today. feeling pretty beat up from the last few days at work. doesnt really reflect the lift.
pull ups 5x5
bent over row, 8, 8, 8, 6, 3, 3, 3
hs meadows row, 4 sets of 8
deads- cant pull like i normally pull which has been sumo for a while now, hip did NOT appreciate the first rep at 135. did 10 triples at 225 with a conventional stance, just to work form.
ss face pulls, wide neutral pull downs, 4 sets.
