Two minis, doubled, at the top of a squat. Hmm... My guess would be about 100 pounds at the bottom and well up over 200 pounds at the top. Probably closer to 300 than 200. The thing about doubling bands is like you described, it causes the tension to come on fast, like hitting a wall. I've benched against doubled lights. That was hell.
I'm agreeining with you, it felt like 6+ at the top. I also blame you, I asked what would herder do when the 460x2 felt like ****, I said box squat. Then I said against bands, then you said double double bands. This is your fault.

Would have gotten the 315 if I was fresh. 295 flew up, and then I add 20lbs and boom, brick wall at lockout. Upper back still pissed off, so took it minimal, and I'll probably do light event on Friday or Saturday.
