I did legs this morning after a warm up 1 set rest pause 95lbs x 100 reps.....hard a bit of a hard time making up the basement stairs !!!

"Wet" generally means it adds weight but you look puffy and soft. Nice job in here Rocket!

No I am Very Dry and Vascularity is thru the roof. Also Hard as a rock (I am using Liquid Dex)

I really did not put much thought into it. I have a very bad right knee so I never squat over 225lbs. I just picked a easy weight that I thought I could get 100 reps. Just throw a pair of quarters on the bar in the power rack and went to work.

Observations, I can diffidently tell I am harder, more vascular since starting the Nasty Mass . Someone had ask if I was hold more water and I do not believe so. (I am also taking Liquid Dex) I have had more headaches than usual but they are not bad. I also for some strange reason had not been as hungry (I can't figure that one out?) Over all I am very happy with this product.

You love your 100 rep squats! I'd be crawling away as well. Have you checked your BP on this cycle? Headaches?
 
This is the first time I have tried 100 rep squats, I only used 95lbs but it was a workout!

I Have not check BP but I have had some minor headaches ??

As a fellow older lifter, check your BP brother. Some of these compounds cause mine to either increase or decrease drastically. There are free BP tester stations at pharmacies and Walmart if you don't own one. Better to be safe with these products.

Agreed! It doesn't matter if you feel any difference or not, you can still have BP issues on cycle. Gotta keep an eye on it at all times.
 
I'm logging this as well and experiencing bp spikes and bad headaches. I finally found some celery seed pills today at the vitamin shop. Been taking AI Cycle Support and hawthorne berry pills. Hopefully the celery seed helps.

Yeah I usually get 1 cheap cycle support product then supplement that with my own ingredients.

Morning workout went GREAT worked shoulders but arms were still pumped at lunch time. Had a very bad headache today so I skipped evening cardio.
 
Screw that headache nonsense.

A month out of the year allergies give them to me real bad when I'm working out. I get close to just skipping WO's that whole month.

There's studies showing that all you need is 150 mg/ day. That's of the extract though.

Work outs are going well on the Nasty Mass I have had a few minor headaches since starting, yesterday they got bad. I did not take my PM dose yesterday and the headaches are much better today. I did get my blood pressure check today 157/85, I have decided to skip the PM dose for a few days till the headaches go away. Better safe than sorry. I like all the positive effects of this supplement and am looking forward to training !

I did not take any pre-workout or Nasty Mass today I have bee having headache and Blood Pressure issues, so I am skipping all Stim and Nasty Mass for Saturday and Sunday. I will take (1) Nasty Mass Monday morning and see how things go from there. We all need to remember to put our Health First !
To day is my light, short Neck & Trap work-out, usually I do some sort of 5-10 ab routine at the start but I was planning on doing that with cardio, after work today. However never mad it to the cardio session after work due to the headache. (sorry I sound like a wus)

Agree With Turff. You need to concentrate on getting the BP down. What cycle support are you using now?
 
All I am using is some liquid dex, Checked BP a little while ago down to 152/84 never had any BP issues before ?? I guess I am Getting old!
