Had a killer pump in my arms had to stop the work out a little short, still had the pump after lunch. It is now 13 hours latter and my arms still feel full !

I did legs this morning after a warm up 1 set rest pause 95lbs x 100 reps.....hard a bit of a hard time making up the basement stairs !!!

As a fellow older lifter, check your BP brother. Some of these compounds cause mine to either increase or decrease drastically. There are free BP tester stations at pharmacies and Walmart if you don't own one. I'm logging this as well and experiencing bp spikes and bad headaches. I finally found some celery seed pills today at the vitamin shop. Been taking AI Cycle Support and hawthorne berry pills. Hopefully the celery seed helps.
Yeah, I saw that the other day. I'm going to stick with what I have for now and hopefully that gets me through.

I did not take any pre-workout or Nasty Mass today I have bee having headache and Blood Pressure issues, so I am skipping all Stim and Nasty Mass for Saturday and Sunday. I will take (1) Nasty Mass Monday morning and see how things go from there. We all need to remember to put our Health First ! To day is my light, short Neck & Trap work-out, usually I do some sort of 5-10 ab routine at the start but I was planning on doing that with cardio, after work today. However never mad it to the cardio session after work due to the headache.
